Lovely hotel, great decor in reception areas and the 1 bedroom room was fabulous and spacious. Food was lovely and plentiful and snacks available by the pool till 6.00. Drinks were good although you do get a bit sick of drinking from plastic cups. Glasses were only available in the restaurant as were self serve drinks. It really is a great value hotel in a lovely resort

This was our first holiday together and first holiday since lockdown for me we booked last minute got an amazing price and was very impressed with food we were situated at back looking onto smaller pool and entertainment at night which was perfect for us restaurant had themed nights (Mexican Asian Spanish ) I’m a fussy eater but always found something the access walkway to sea view was steep but worth it didn’t go down steep stone steps to sea as looked a bit dangerous but view from top was beautiful 10 minutes walk into los gigantes was flat and is very nice town we did the dolphin trip through tui around €80 with lunch and free bar on pirate ship worth every penny the only thing I could fault was nightlife in surrounding area only few sports bars that were very small Hard Rock Cafe I felt pressured to finish drink and order another before glasses were empty I would stay again think this hotel would be perfect for family with small babies

This hotel is so very clean, writing this on my last night here. Don't want to go home plenty of choice in the restaurant. We found the drinks very good. The area itself is absolutely stunning, some really amazing views. This is the first time to Tenerife. You need to come here and see the sights it is truly amazing. Very central to playa de arena and Los Gigantes, easily walkable in any direction. Just sat having a freshly made pizza from around the corner as a last night treat, just beside Route 66 which is a very good bar, love music. Brilliant holiday. Thank you so much tropical.

Visited here in March 23 we arrived late on the Sunday evening no food available at the hotel previous visit there was food for the late TUI flight. We were put into a room with no balcony which felt rather claustrophobic Had dinner on the Tuesday both me and my friend then came down with sickness and diarrhoea both had eaten same meat. We then felt we couldn’t eat there again so had meals out The food in the restaurant always just felt warm and not hot. Tv in the room had broken but was replaced speedily the next day which was great. Stayed here in 2019 and all was good but think things have changed. Would I stay here again I doubt it

This is a very well located hotel, approximately 45 mins from Tenerife South airport depending on traffic. Large apartment, serviced most days with clean towels & beds made up. The food is excellent, for those who like to sample some of the local restarants, have breakfast & lunch as there is plenty of variety to keep you going till evening. The two pools allow families avail of the daily entertainment provided by the animation team whilst the other pool is good for chilling & reading. All in all a great holiday destination for all ages. Definitely recommend.

1st time in tenerife. The hotel is in a quiet resort but went for a relaxing week. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were resolved within an hour of reporting excellent. We were all inclusive and the food was very good. Great choice at all mealtimes. The dishes were well presented and appetising. My only complaint was tea/coffee was not available in the restaurant at lunch or dinner and I did miss this. I assume it was to accommodate the high turnover of guests. Poolside entertainment was inclusive of all ages not just the children and the team were entertaining. I would recommend this hotel.

Spent 4 weeks here AI Feb/March 23 with wifey (both in our mid 60s). Overall we had a good time, but its worth pointing out some positives/negatives about the place. Ok, negatives: Without Prejudice. The surrounding area is very hilly. If you have a buggy or walking difficulties, go somewhere else. The pools are very, very, cold. There seems to be a constant smell of drains around the complex. Evening entertainment area is inadequate for the amount of people here. Apart from "OLE", the bar staff are not particularly friendly and there are often not enough of them, as large queues can form. Beware of undercooked meat in the restaurant. I spent two days of my holiday ill (throwing up) after inadvertently eating chicken that was raw in the middle. Tui excursions pricy. Positives. The pool areas are very spacious with plenty of sunbeds. Pools are a good size. Reception staff are very good and speak excellent English. We had a one bed apartment which was bright, clean and spacious. Apart from undercooked meat, food is generally ok. We always found something to eat. If you are mobile, you can walk to Los Gigantes or up the steps opposite the main entrance into the local town. Lots of bars, shops, eating places. All in all, pretty good value for money. It IS a three star. Would we come here again? not sure.

After reading some reviews we were a bit apprehensive about our trip but we had a fantastic time all week. As we were late to arrive we were asked to go straight to the restaurant for our evening meal as it was about to close and then check in when we were ready. When we checked in we were given a room overlooking the road so we went to see Conchy on reception and she was very helpful offering us a pool view as soon as one came available which it did on day 2. We found the food and drinks there were of a very good quality especially as we had stayed at a few all inclusive hotels which seemed to serve whatever was cheap. There were a few small niggles thats why we gave a score of 4 not 5. There could have been a few more help yourself water fountains an there was quite a lot of queuing at the bar. The pools were a bit cold when you first got in but as it was so hot out there it was quite refreshing. So to sum it up, as I said the food and drinks were good, all the staff were very polite and helpful including the tui reps that were there, the rooms were clean and tidy and the entertainment wasn't too bad either and we would definitely go back there again.
