This hotel is beautiful and very well maintained and looked after, there are 2 good pools for kids and adults & there is also an infinity pool but you have to pay to use that. The breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks were all very nice too although it can get a bit same same by the end. Would be nice if the pools were open earlier than 10am and during peak periods the wait for the lifts could take a while (we had 2x pushchairs) The staff were great and very polite and the animation team were excellent too. Our room was basic but had everything we needed & was cleaned to a fair standard, slight niggle was paying for the safety deposit box but thats pretty standard these days.

Definitely the right choice after changing our booking twice due to building work in Costa Adeje. No complaints about anything. Rooms, food , drink , entertainment and staff were all first class. Location was perfect, a walkable distance to Los Gigantes and only 6 euros by taxi. A perfect holiday, we would receive

Our stay at this hotel was amazing from start to finish. We went on the platinum package and it was well worth the extra money paid. From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left everything was perfect. We stayed in room 776 which was ideal and it was just to the left of the lift. The view was beautiful looking over the whole resort and able to see the sea and black sand beach. Very pretty! The room was huge and we were left fluffy towels, slippers, robes and the mini bar had been filled with some complementary drinks to set the holiday off to a good start. Very kind of the hotel! There is a coffee machine, kettle, different tea's and coffee pods available in your room and these get topped up daily. You also get two water bottles which you can refill during your stay. The water machine is next to the lift, free to use and very cold. The platinum section is adults only and this section really made our holiday. We would go down in the morning for approximately 10am and never once had an issue getting a sunbed. We never had to reserve them or rush to get one. The bar opens at 10 and there are hot drinks, cold drinks, branded alcohol and lots of lovely sandwiches, fruit and salads available all day. The staff, who are wonderful, come round with cocktails, snacks and ice creams throughout the day which is a lovely touch. You also get towels in this section and they can be obtained using your towel cards from the lifeguard who sits near the toilets. The infinity pool was clean, lovely and warm and had the most amazing view when you got to the edge. There is also a jacuzzi which was also lovely and warm. The main restaurant had a good variety of food for every meal. When platinum you have a separate area to eat in and at breakfast you also have the option to order smoothies, waffles and crepes off a different menu which was nice. There are live cooking stations, salad bars, soups, lots of different options. They had food which I would never expect to see at an all inclusive such as a giant cheese wheel which they cooked fresh pasta in one evening. On most holidays we tend to eat out a couple of nights to break the bland hotel food routine but we didn't eat out once on this holiday as there really was no need! We found the best time to visit was either at 7 when it opened in an evening or at about 8.30/9 as it did not close until 10. This was when it was more relaxed. Overall this holiday exceeded our expectations. It was a week of pure relaxation which was absolutely perfect!! Thank you to all the staff who really go above and beyond to make your stay perfect, we will be back!

There is little I would change about this holiday. I’d first start by suggesting if you have the budget DEFINITELY upgrade to the platinum club. I feel like this changed our holiday completely. Within platinum we enjoyed the platinum infinity pool, self serve premium drinks, plenty of aperitifs and cocktails handed out by the pool, the jacuzzi pool, the platinum dining area and a beautiful sea view room. We found the hotel to be very clean, staff were always working hard in the mornings and scrubbing down pool and communal areas. We did go during mid may, however found that there were always plenty of beds and very little reserving issues. We would go to the pool at 10:30am and 85% of the sunbeds would still be free. The food was quite nice for buffet style, plenty of option and we didn’t find a night the same during our week holiday. The snack bar by the main pool was ok regarding food. The food was basic with pizza, chips, hot dogs and burgers which was often lukewarm. We often just stayed and ate at the platinum pool bar which had delicious selection of sandwiches, salads and pastries. Our rooms were always serviced nicely, and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. Otherwise, the hotel is situated nicely facing the sea, with a 5 minute walk to the Playa la Arena which is a black sand beach.

Hotel was so good! Me and my Boyfriend couldn’t recommend it more. The animation team was 100% the best part they play games by the pool all day, cocktail making sessions and competitions really good for the younger adults who like getting involved! there is also another pool which is quiet and relaxed, and a separate pool with slide for children! While the food was repetitive it was no issue, the snack bar was always amazing in the day we ate here for lunch everyday never went to main buffet, however for dinner we did. Table service drinks and buffet food was always good! Best part of the pool day was the slushy cocktails 4 options served by the pool, we were so happy with those. Always clean, never any issues, big rooms and a nice beach and shops a two min walk away. Would love to come back

This is my 3rd visit in a year as this is a truly wonderful hotel. The staff at the Platinum Club were absolutely amazing. Luz Marina gave us a welcome like we were in her own home we loved her. Isabel, Daniela, Jordi, Abian and Ari at The View provided an excellent friendly service and nothing was too much trouble for them. I felt pampered for my whole stay. Annabel at reception was also charming and very helpful. This is a totally excellent hotel with some amazing staff thank you so much I will be returning.

Firstly I would love to give 4 and a half but can't unfortunately due to a couple off issues. The hotel is always spotlessly clean and never seen any sign of dirt, grime, bugs, broken or damaged tiles or flooring that has been reported in even quite recent reviews. The waiting staff are all lovely and friendly and only needed reception twice where they dealt with us with no problem. If you don't won't you room made up too early put do not disturb on the door and change it when you go out, we did and on the return the room was lovely. If you can't find something to eat well there's a problem because there's plenty of hot and cold selections with live cooking of a few things. Yeah the platinum is good where you have some nice fancy snacks and pool area is fantastic with its view and able to make your own drinks how you like. Even the pillow menu is a little treat. A special mention to the platinum restaurant servers we had and Andres the platinum host who was an absolute delight. Now the reason I couldn't give 5. The entertainment was a little poor in the show bar most nights except the magic act was very good and the acrobat impressive. The hello bar entertainment was a bit better but not fantastic. We stopped going to the show bar anyway due to the only member of staff we found in the hotel that was very moody and a little rude seemed to be there most evenings. If you had any questions about the food which you had a couple of times the kitchen staff filling up the food were a little unhelpful. So overall a very nice experience any small issues didnt really detract from the our holiday

Just returned from a lovely week in this hotel and our first time here. Will definitely be back. We didn’t do the upgrade to Platinum and had no issues with what was available without it. Spotlessly clean, start cleaning at around 8 am and goes on all day. Food is good and we thought loads of choice. My only issue was the birds flying in and out of the restaurant but the doors are open and it’s free food for them. Room was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily, towels changed daily as well. No issue getting sunbeds, plenty available and if you picked the right spot there was a breeze off the sea. Very quiet town so not much to go off the site for but exactly what we wanted, a relaxing break in the sun. Was my husbands birthday while we were there and a bottle of Prosecco was delivered to the room for him, lovely touch. Made his day. Will definitely be back for another relaxing time and hopefully get the views of the pool and the beach again.

Superb experience in the adults only platinum section of the hotel. Isabel, Daniela, Sordi, Abian and Ari were absolutely incredible. Their service was beyond my expectations and they couldn’t do enough for us. Most of the hotel staff were lovely and friendly. My friend and I will be returning again. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and spoiling as a rotten.

I stayed for 5 nights as a last minute trip with my sister. The hotel overall is nice to look at, spacious and clean, and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the only elements that are 4* is the pool and the bedrooms. Pros: - sunbeds always available - direct access to the beach and there are a few shops around - hotel and facilities are very clean Cons: - The food is absolutely terrible. It is luke warm, processed muck. Nothing is fresh and I would not recommend staying here if you have allergies or dietary requirements as they are not catered for. Cheese and fruit is not refrigerated and is just left out to sweat on the side. Additionally, tends to be the same processed meals served on rotation. Even the cocktails taste processed and are just sugary juice. - Very boring and not really any entertainment apart from a bad singer in the lobby in the evening, but lights are off by 11.30 at the latest. Unfortunately there is no outside day or night life near by either. Very boring round the pool as well. - staff are very slow to serve drinks at dinner and are unattentive. You literally have to wave at them to serve you and at some points I had to help myself! - no water or mini bar in the rooms. You have to refill the reusable plastic bottle provided from the filter machine. - Bedroom walls and ceilings are very thin. You can hear people walking around and talking. Overall not a great experience and I wouldn’t recommend.
