This was our third visit to this hotel and it was as good as ever. If you're looking for a family friendly holiday this is a great place. The food is plentiful, with lots of choice. Pool towels provided for a deposit, changed every other day. The rooms are adequate and comfortable. Fridge filled with beer, pop and water daily....

Once at our room, however, we were pleased with it. Two large bedrooms, very clean, plenty of storage space, decent sized balcony and a sea view. The...

We made our third visit here for a fortnight in August having previously visited last summer and the Christmas before. Standards at the hotel have really deteriorated in that time. Room: our room was shabby and not cleaned well. There were dozens of ants and we had to remove a number of cockroaches from our bathroom. The sheets were torn,...

Please note that this hotel is called Be Live Costa Los Gigantes over the winter season so I have also posted this review there. Lovely looking hotel, good facilities, great first impressions. However food hygiene and cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Meat was often served raw and buffet temperatures were hit and miss. Often had to pick up...

We travelled as a family with a 6 year old and a 1 year old. Check in was slick and we were taken with our luggage in the hotel buggy to our room. We were pleased with our room and a nice wee touch was a packed snack left for us to enjoy when we arrived. We liked that the...
