We arrived for dinner at the sea club restaurant, wow what an amazing set up, truly breathtaking! The service, staff, and food was 10/10, absolutely faultless. The restaurant was in a cliff with amazing views and beautiful at dusk, I will return for lunch the next time I visit Mallorca. We eat in lots of wonderful restaurants but this takes some beating, excellent food and wonderfully hot (I was worried the food would be cold sitting outside)and staff were so quick and attentive. Well done!
Beautiful historic unique architectural surroundings, a very special place. Staff lovely although sometimes quite hard to track down! Food incredible, would be nice to have more vegan/veggie options but they accommodated. Tranquil perfection.
Please read if you are thinking about staying here: We have stayed here for 3 years in a row, So I do think I can say I can give an constructive and honest review about this hotel. The property is absolutely breathtaking it’s really beautiful, I guess you ended up reading the reviews because firstly it is very pricey but you saw the pictures so you think it’s might worth it, Well I’m going to tell you it’s unfortunately not, And I’m also sad to say it because this property has amazing potential but is just runned by the wrong management ( I’m not the only one complaining also when you read the reviews on google) We always thought ( previous years) that it had minor things that were just not up to standards, But because the property is so beautiful we forgot about them, But this year it was just one big nightmare.. The staff almost completely changed, You see they are not properly trained ( most of them don’t even greet you) the staff at the pool is one big joke, They have a button you can press for service but they just don’t come, There is no one to be found at the pool, You just have to wait until someone shows up, The window of our room was completely broken, We mentioned it twice to them as we thought it could be dangerous but no one even came back to us, The room was filled with insects ( i know it’s an old fortress inside of a nature reserve) but come on, I have had tons of ants ( see the photos), Caterpillars, And even a snail inside of the room.. The rooms smell so badly, It just doesn’t feel and look hygienic, They really could do a refurbishment, Also the shower was going from extremely hot to cold every time. Don’t even try the food at Seaclub, The view is again: spectacular but the food is sososo bad, Not even mentioning the staff, Really don’t go there!! When checking out I told them that I was really upset as a loyal client and that this year was just a very bad experience for us, But the lady just stared at me and was like “ oh ok”. They don’t care about there loyal customer, They just want cash and to have their rooms filled, They don’t care if you are not having a good time, It’s just one big money machine, Management is awful. We first went to Grand hotel Cap Vermell and it was just wonderfull, Really such a good and amazing hotel, Go here instead of spending your hard earned money to these people who just want to grab it and don’t care if you enjoyed the experience.…
Was looking forward to a formidable stay given some enthusiasts comments and in view of the high prices. While the place is truly beautiful, the service was seriously bad. The ratio of waiters to guests at breakfast cannot guarantee a smooth experience, same has to be said for the pool area or the beach area. The waiters were nice but clearly not well trained. We had a very unpleasant experience with our guest who was asked to leave as he was not with us on the property…but just making a business call while we were at the restaurant….
My wife and I had the most AMAZING experience and stay at Cap Rocat. It is truly an Oasis in Majorca. We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and Cap Rocat was truly, truly special. The hotel/location is absolutely stunning. There are beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea everywhere in the hotel. We stayed in a Sentinel suite and it was the most perfect room I have ever stayed in and we felt definitely worth the price. All the food we had was absolutely delicious. The Staff was extremely personable, friendly, and helpful and made my wife and I feel special throughout our stay. An extra benefit is that it's only a short 15-20 minute right from PMI airport. The only sad part of our trip is when we left! We truly can't wait to come back and visit Cap Rocat again. Thanks so much for the perfect stay…
The Cap Rocat is a true wonder on an island with a very competitive field of five star hotels. Local ownership, a high ratio of staff to guests, a thoughtfully laid out property that manages to foster community and also splendid seclusion - the Cap Rocat exists in a class of it's own. Finding this place and staying at it is like coming across a treasure map and following it to the spot marked with an X. I stayed in one of the Cap Rocat suites. Brilliantly laid out, wonderful amenities, and three private outdoor terraces made this a wonderful private space in which to relax. I also experienced the Spa, the Sea Club restaurant, the pool and the private beach, and all of them were terrific. Special mention to Jan, who welcomed me, and Pedro at the beach club. There were many others who showed me great kindness, the staff is uniformly well trained and excited to show their guests top notch hospitality.…
This hotel is insanely luxurious with exceptional service. The grounds are breathtaking and give you so much to explore. The indoor pool is a creative's dream and the infinity pool has dreamy view. The food is absolutely SUPERB. The daily breakfast sets your day up for success and the beach club menu is extensive and delicious. Highly recommend this property if you want to relax, unwind and disconnect for a few days.
A repurposed fort away from the hustle and bustle of Palma, with unobstructed views over the sea and coastline. It's really spectacular and worth a visit for a unique hotel experience. It is a mixed bag in some ways: the pool is small, the beach is mediocre. The spa pool is too cold and narrow to really enjoy, and there are little things throughout the property that suggest the place could use a bit more investment and renovation. A lot of the rooms don't have sea views due to them having to work with the existing structure of the fort (though they make up for it by having private cabanas above them with really nice views) , and the rooms that do overlook the sea (called "Sentinels", as they were old dug-outs where cannons were stationed), are quite unbelievably expensive (3x the price of regular rooms), which despite their amazing views and private pools are probably not worth the difference. The restaurant is very nice, but a bit over-formal for my liking. It's a shame there isn't a better dinner option up on the terrace for a more casual experience. An added plus is that there's a very nice piano which they allow guests to play if you're so inclined.…
Absolutely stunning hotel ! So luxurious and exceptional service. Everything about it is just first class!! We stayed for 3 nights and we didn’t leave the hotel, amazing food, amazing facilities, amazing views, amazing service, just WOW. we really had the most relaxing amazing 3 days!! We can’t wait to return
One of the best hotels in Mallorca! Beautiful setting, lovely food and world class staff! Never crowded even when the hotel is at full capacity. You can have breakfast delivered to your room or have it in the fortress courtyard. We had dinner at Sea Club four times and loved the variety of the menu. We will be back :-)
