A decent hotel for a cheap price. Rooms are neat and good for a short stopover. We had a nice welcome from an enthousiastic receptionist. The facilities were fine, beds were nice and the hot showers are okay. We had a decent night of sleep, but there might be some noise from a nearby bar. Unfortunately this is the case for many hotels near the main road in Kabale.
I can’t stress how amazing this establishment is, it’s been the highlight of our stay in Kabale. It’s super clean and well run. From the dining room to the bar and balcony. Terrazzo floors and staff that can understand and speak English. Our room is cosy warm with hot water, it’s a shame that it’s not featured on booking dot com or TripAdvisor. Simply beautiful and stunning.
I stayed here for one night on my way to do the gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Room was very nice and clean. Stopped by the restaurant for some good food and a beer also. I have no complaints.
O.K., it's not the "Ritz". Single Room was not really big, but there was enough space for a comfortable night. Restaurant really doesn't look like a Restaurant. It's more like a bar, but you'll get good Food there. Prices are absolutely O.K.
We visited this hotel around July during a business trip. I am happy to report that there has been alot of improvement since the new management took on; They have hired a new manager - a young gentleman. In addition, a receptionist was also hired - This young, bright and empathetic lady made part of our stay memorable. She was there to help us in need especially the internet connection and advise on how to access hot water. The hotel wall paint had contracted dust; some parts of the hotel had not been dutsted. We learned that due to construction of the Kampala - Kisoro Rd, it was very hard to find the hotel exterior clean all the time. We will consider staying here next time we travel to Kampala
