We spent 2 nights here, as part of a cycling journey. Sadly for us the first night was a very late check in thanks to air delays, however the staff went to great lengths to welcome us, despite our late arrival, and the stressful trip was soon forgotten. Wow, what a lovely place to stay. Our room was huge, spotless and still retained many of the stylish features befitting the house, yet at the same time having all the modern requirements. Air con, a terrific walk in shower, as well as a bath. A huge veranda overlooking the country views. There was a large outdoor area, with a pool, which was lovely after being out cycling. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The general ambience was a peace, tranquility & relaxation. The only recommendation, is that unless you intend to remain in the hotel, you really need a car or bike, to be able to get out and about, as it is located quite a way from shops etc. However, this is the point of an agroturismo I suppose. Thank you Tim and co, for a lovely stay, wish we could have stayed longer.…

What a gorgeous old Mallorcan building! We visited this beautiful place for just two nights, the first of which was for a wedding close by at Cap Rocat. On arrival, on rather a hot day (even the locals said it was hot) we were greeted by Tim who gave us a lovely warm welcome and showed us to our room which I think could have been in the old stables. It was to the right of the Main Building as you approach it. Lovely room and bathroom with good air-con and facilities, including a fridge and a fabulous shower. We slept like logs in the very comfortable bed. There was a great choice of food on offer for breakfast. At first sight we thought it was a continental breakfast but then a lovely lady, whose name escapes me right now, came and asked if we would like something cooked. Yes please! Scambled eggs and bacon for two. Very nice. Fabulous quiet surroundings and wonderful pool, which we had to ourselves all afternoon! Bliss! We could sit outside our room in the evening shade which was very pleasant. It's a lovely old farm, away from the hustle and bustle, but not far from Palma and the Airport. Ideal. The staff were all excellent. Polite but not intrusive. We stayed in for supper on our second night and the food is very good. We had gambas in chilli and garlic to start and then a succulent steak, and to finish, the most divine 'whisky' cake. Oh my goodness! We met Christina, the owner, that evening. Enjoyed chatting to her for a while. We had to leave early for the airport the next morning and Tim kindly arranged for us to be able to have a continental breakfast before we left. Thank you Tim - and to the breakfast lady who was there on hand - early! Much appreciated. If you come here to stay you certainly won't regret it. Thank you all very much for making our stay, albeit short, very comfortable. Highly recommended.…

Lovely room and lounge area. Spotlessly clean and very organised. Tim was the ideal host - friendly and efficient. All the staff were welcoming. Used this as a base to cycle in the south of Mallorca. Looking forward to returning in the future.

We had a Standard room which was amazing. Four poster bed, luxury ensuite etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Tolo & Christina and their staff. Food was outstanding and all facilities were clean and well maintained. You need your own transport as there is no public transport but is only 20 minutes from the airport and Palma. The hotel is surrounded by Almond trees and is very quiet and tranquil. This is your own taste of paradise. We will return!!

My friends and I just had the immense pleasure of staying here and meeting the incredible staff (including Lady the dog!). :) Where I was busy before the trip I had not looked up where we were staying (my girlfriend had booked it!) so I had no expectations. We arrived and after a polite greeting by Tolo, presumably the owner or manager, we were taken to 'The Stables'; our room was a converted stables and immaculately presented with lots of room and finished to a high degree. At all times the staff were beyond helpful; falling over themselves to assist and ensure that we had exactly what we needed. They do not usually make lunches but they prepared excellent fresh salads, cheeses and breads for us each day. This exemplary service continued for the evenings with the fact that, as we were all there for a friend's wedding, we could not wait until the official time of 8pm for dinner. The staff and the chef arranged for our dinner to be served at 6:30pm instead. Breakfast (buffet with cooked eggs and bacon on request), lunch and dinner were all excellent. The place itself feels like you have your own villa in a secluded paradise and it is not far from Palma, and the airport, at all! It certainly offers value for money given the quality of rooms (they are huge!) and service. I have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone; I know that I'll certainly be back and as I kept saying to the staff at the time, I give it 10 stars!!! :)…

Loved the hotel Puig de Ros d'Alt Very quiet idyllic location - you need a car as not accessible by public transport Set amongs almond and olive trees it is very tranquil Spent 4 nights in this lovely hotel ran by very friendly owners Tolo and Christina who were most helpful and charming Beautiful room with high ceilings and traditional shutters we throughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Swimming pool looked lovely but as January visit we did not use Hotel was so warm and cosy- as Mallorca had had snow and floods the previous week I was a little concerned about being warm but the heating was on constantly and room was very comfortable. Good size bathroom with 2 sinks a bath and a walk in shower Plenty of hot water and the shower was very powerful. Lovely clean towels every day and comfortable beds with good quality bed linen. Breakfast erred in their lovely dining room with a warm cosy log burner in the room Good buffet selection and fresh orange juice and bacon and eggs to order if required but plenty to eat on the buffet. I will definitely return as it was such and enjoyable experience and we were made to feel very welcome by everyone- all the staff were very friendly and helpful…

Wow! We love this place. Beautifully restored inside & out and beautifully maintained, we felt very welcome from the moment we walked in and were met by Tollo, the delightful owner of this family run finca. The house had been tastefully decorated for Christmas and New Year which added to our favourable first impression. Being at some distance from the more obvious attractions of beach and mountains, the emphasis here is on high quality accommodation, in our case a lovely junior suite with a huge terrace and luxurious bathroom with 2 basins. Tiny minor quibble here – the otherwise fully equipped room lacked a luggage stand, but this seems a common fault. A Set Menu Dinner is available every evening. No choices but always very pleasant, and complemented by a short list of very good quality local wines. After dinner we relaxed with books in front of the log fire, enjoying the delicious local version of Limoncello made in Llucmajor with local lemons. One suggestion here – maybe it would be an idea to move the television to a different area so that those of us who wanted to read by the fire could do so without the intrusion of German crime drama!! Breakfast was very good with lovely fresh fruit, eggs & bacon and all sorts of goodies, but another minor quibble here would be the lack of fresh orange juice. With the abundance of oranges on the island it was a pity that the juices on offer were cartons of concentrate (as pointed out by another reviewer). Nice homemade jam but the butter was pre-packed, and the yogurt also in cartons. There is close attention to detail throughout the building, and the décor is very tasteful. I particularly love the gorgeous paintings collected by Tollo over the years. We visited in low season so couldn’t fully judge the outdoor amenities, but we loved it so much here that we intend to come back one year in spring or summer to sample the charming garden and fine swimming pool for ourselves!…

If you want a quiet location to chill out and relax you will not find a better place than this. The rooms are quite spectacular, the location is idyllic, the staff are polite and helpful, the pool is perfect. I could not find anything negative.

Visited this hotel when it was in its first year of operation. The family owned farmhouse had been restored by the son and his (dutch?) wife. Great hospitality. Beautiful, individual furnished rooms, each with its own character. Yes it is in a very quiet countryside location, so car is needed. We have repeatedly recommended this hotel to our friends and none have been disappointed.
