A charming, family-run finca hotel with fantastic hosts. The rooms are individually decorated in a typical local style. Cleanliness is a top priority! Our room was big enough, as was the bathroom. The breakfast is lovingly prepared and rated "good". We would rate the evening meal, which is included in the half-board package or can be booked separately, as "very good". You feel like you're at home :-). The accommodation is in the prairie, but it is absolutely quiet. A rental car is essential. Huge praise to the fantastic hosts and the young Joan, who is always approachable! We'll be happy to come back!

Beautiful structure with attention to every detail: from the garden to the breakfast area to the interiors and the rooms, nothing is left to chance. A place where you can breathe a nice atmosphere.
Large room, spacious bathroom.
Varied breakfast, excellent products (fresh fruit different every morning to figs directly from their trees).
The property also offers the possibility of dining on site. We had dinner two evenings, very fresh products divinely cooked by the owner of the structure. Menu that changes every evening depending on daily spending.
The only flaw is that dinner time is fixed at 7pm (since tourism in Mallorca is predominantly German and having many of them booked with the half board option unfortunately you have to adapt)…
What can I say, a place to book without hesitation!!!

This is an authentic, rural place.

Far away from party, noise, shopping and restaurants.

You will definitely need a car, unless you want to stay there...

The people are very friendly and nice.

It's clean. Breakfast is good.

Structure very well looked after in the common areas. Excellent and varied breakfast. Rooms distant and well reserved. The swimming pool is very useful for arrival and departure even if the structure is strategically close to the best beaches on the island. We had the room with an exit to the swimming pool, very private but which only had an external shower with naturally heated water, the bathroom could be modernized by removing the hydromassage tub which doesn't work. We arrived in the evening, therefore not using the services on the first day. Upon departure, having left the room at 11am as per check-in out, we asked to stay by the pool as we had the flight at 12am. 5pm, instead at h. 12 asked us to leave. Here, more kindness and hospitality would have been appreciated.

The family that runs this hotel generally had a very friendly and respectful treatment towards us throughout our stay. Except for one of the members. They only serve dinner at 7:00 p.m. We brought food from outside the hotel so we could have dinner later. The hotel is far from restaurants and you have to drive along narrow and unlit roads. We decided to order food. One of the family members very rudely yelled at us to leave the common areas of the hotel that we could not dine there. There was absolutely no one else besides us. We respected the hotel regulations and went to our room for dinner. But we felt very disappointed at the screams and poor manners in which we were told that we could not dine there. There are many ways to say things, lovingly and politely, without having to treat your guests badly.

This is a true gem, I would't choose any big and luxurious hotel over this lovely place. It is located a bit away from any city or road so you won't hear any noises, which I LOVE! But It is also quite near Sa Rapita which a lady that lives on mallorca told me is her favourite beach and is the prettiest beach on the island (i would recommend choosing it over big overcrowded beaches). The hotel itself is bery uniqe, rustic but still modern, rooms are big, nice and very clean, the breakfest is really good, lot to choose from and if you will choose Agroturismo Son Perdiu I recommend you to eat dinners there because nowhere in the little towns nearby will you eat such lovely meals for such a good price, you get a salad, main course and desert for 27 euro and the food is just delicious and local!!! It was a lovely stay, although I could visit Mallorca for only 5 days this place stoped the time and made me feel like I was on a 2 week long vacation. The family that owns the place is so nice and always helpfull. I recommend you to visit and I am also sure I will come back to this amazing place.

Very bad experience in this hotel as the owner got angry and started screaming, which had never happened to me before. On the estate they only offer dinner service at 7pm. Being so soon, we proposed that they serve us cold dinner but later and they would not. As the estate is far removed from the nearest village we decided to buy takeaway dinner. We sat on a table outside the farmhouse and the owner got cranky because she didn't want us to be there. We have no problem with the rules but the shapes were very incorrect and made us feel very uncomfortable in his estate. Clearly we will never repeat.
