My friend and I spent 5 nights here in October, on a long weekend/short week getaway for my birthday. Absolutely loved it! As we had booked directly with the hotel, they provided a free transfer from the airport (and back) which meant we were in our room within about an hour of landing. Returned on Sunday. Had a great relaxing time. Tim the animation guy was great really friendly but not pushy. Julia and pack the staff were verygood. All staff really friendly. Italian restaurant was good however difficult to get a reservation even when most nights it appeared quiet.
