Visited the hotel from 28th November till 5th December ,our first visit .Didn't get off to a great start ,we had booked sea view rooms ,but on arrival were allocated rooms with a garden view .This was rectified within 24 hours and the view from the 5th floor balcony was outstanding .The hotel is set in sub-tropical gardens with 3...

Just back from this hotel and really liked it and yes I would go back. The rooms are nice and clean, the pools are great and the gym and spa are excellent. There is plenty of choice with food and there is any type of drink you want. It's a quiet area with a lovely marina and some great walks....

We stayed here for 1 week at the end of November 2016. We had a lovely room, 260, very good position for the pool, lovely views of the pool and slight sea view in the distance. We upgraded to the Prestige package which in our opinion is well worth it, you receive branded drinks, mini bar is included, daily access...

This hotel was in a good location, a lovely marina in walking distance and a free bus or a taxi to Puerto Del Carmen. Our room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed a sea view. Food was plentiful as was the drinks selection. The lobby bar was a favourite before and after dinner. Pools were lovely however the sunbed...

Been to this hotel several times before and enjoyed it, always request our favourite room selection which they gave us on this occasion but failed to tell us that we were next to a large area of the hotel which was closed for renovation and hammering started before 8am. The food was also disappointing this time specially at lunchtime where...

We have visited this hotel every year since it opened and have just returned from a lovely return visit on Thursday. A little apprehensive after reading some recent reviews but had another super stay. All staff were welcoming and friendly and all inclusive option excellent as usual. We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment on offer, especially Guitar Legends & The Three...

Beautiful well kept gardens and pool area - rooms are of very good standard with furniture and fixtures that are not cheap and nasty looking. Food is great - as is the staff. To be honest ,...

We stayed here 4 years ago and loved it, so we returned (which is something we very rarely do). Some things are still good- great small resort, peaceful and not at all tacky. The hotel itself has wonderful large grounds, 3 big pools, plenty of space and plenty of sun loungers. Very clean everywhere. Very pleasant staff. We booked a...

Stayed for 2 weeks on All Inclusive. First impression of hotel was poor, we were allocated room 135 which has no sea view despite having paid extra for SV. Went back to reception who after a bit of fuss allocated room 218 which was far better. The hotel itself is very nice. Lovely pools and more than enough sunbeds for...
