Very nice view from our room with good bed and very big bathroom. I love this place, a lot of meal in our restaurant, swimmming pool and ocean view made this place incredible. All island had a lot of place to see.
We have chosen this hotel for a 4 day getaway to enjoy the sun, the sea, food and drinks, and it did not disappoint! The hotel has 2 big pools, a big area for sun tanning (the sun was there almost all day in November and felt more than 22 degrees). The beach is near too. The food was good and had variety, the drinks were nice too, there were shows every night and activities during the day. On the topic of the entertainment I would like to point out that there is a big french team, which absolutely ignores you if you are not a french speaking person, I found it really upsetting. This is why I want to give a big shout out to Ozz and Debora, who are absolutely amazing, they are an international team that organised activities during the day and Sunday we had a fabulous music quiz by Ozz, which was my favourite! Also worth pointing out that Ozz can speak multiple languages and spoke Russian with my mother, which rarely happens, so she felt really included in all the activities! So thank you very much, we had a nice time!…
We had an amazing week in this hotel! We can recommend very good hotel restaurant, rooms which are spacious and clean and very kind and helpful staff. What we liked particularly were animations! Everyday there were new activities which we took part in and all animators with positive attitude 😊 our favourite animator Ozzy was always encouraging us to spend our holidays actively what we really expected and helped us by translating everything to english 😍 It was very helpful because unfortunately we cant speak french like most of the guests 😅 its really worth visitting this hotel!
It was a great week. A lite bit silence area. Clean room with clima. Good food, snacks. Amazing dessert. the taste of the meat is somewhat average 😢sometimes there were little vegetables. Good bread, ice scream etc. good zero sodas (fanta, cola), coffe. Nice pool area. very small gym (maybe 10 types of dummbells) one multi cabel machine, two benches, one spinning bike and one treadmill. Thats it. Great suvenirs shop in the hotel. You dont need cash. You can rent a car in the hotel. Friendly staff. there were few children which was the biggest plus. silence and relaxation = perfect
Hotel very clean. Good selection of food. Staff very helpful. Our room had a view of the sea which was lovely, but a long walk down and so then uphill coming back to pools and restaurant. The beach was lovely. Have to pay for sun beds. Entertainment really bad but done with lots of enthusiasm. Air con not working very well reported it at reception but it was never mended. Room really hot and stuffy so hard to sleep. Air con not much better in main area.
I've just got back from a week in Alua Village with my mum and to say we are pleased is an understatement! The rooms are lovely, although our room was initially a little too far/steep a walk for my mum (68yrs), but the reception staff were amazing and had no problem moving us to a new room closer to the hotel. The bar/restaurant/house cleaning staff were also amazing, very helpful and friendly! The entertainment was quite french orientated as the other reviews say as there are alot of French holiday makers, but it's no problem because just sitting at the bar taking in the views is more than enough! I will 100% be returning and will recommend the hotel to everybody. Thank you Alua Village ❤
Hotel was lovely, my girlfriend and I had a really nice holiday, even without doing the my favourite club. The rooms are spacious and look like they do in the photos. There’s a lot of rooms and I’ve seen some complaints about having a room positioned further away from the hotel - I think we just got lucky as ours was fairly close to reception etc. If thinking of going for a beach holiday, the walk to the beach is further than anticipated , and the walk back up the hill is a little tiring in the heat. The hotel pool is a great size and fun to go in (floats , balls etc are allowed) although very cold - which you get used to after swimming around for 5 mins or so. I imagine the cold pool is much appreciated in the hotter summer months. The food was nice but I think lunches could have more variety, although saying that there was a BBQ the first day we got there which we really enjoyed. The cocktails without the my favourite club upgrade are pre-mixed but still enjoyable, and the beer is nice. The entertainment was good, especially the quiz night which was led by Ozz. Ozz was great with us, and ensured we were included in the day entertainment if it was more aimed at the French. Overall we had a nice, relaxing ‘fly and flop’ holiday, I think 1 week was the right amount of time.…
We stayed here for 2 weeks all inclusive. Lovely hotel, very clean, members of staff so polite. No complaints other than meals felt repetitive but we were here for 15 days! Enjoyed our stay and will be returning to Alua village.
Here now 10-17th September, worse all inclusive I’ve ever stayed. All inclusive stops at 11pm, then you have to pay, the bars shut at midnight, no water in the room, this is something you have to pay for. Food is vile, it’s all cold and tasteless, flies everywhere yak, we lived off cheese and onion butties. This hotel is 90% French and it’s very clear by the staff and animation team, if you aren’t French then don’t bother coming as you won’t be included. The hotel is very clean and beautiful, Ozz is the only one that has gone out of his way to speak to us, he is a massive credit to this hotel. Marlon behind the bar and Orlando from behind the bars work extremely hard and again pleasant. The waiter Alexandro is also very welcoming and does actually speak to you. TUI rep none existence, all it is is a virtual chat email, waste of time, the French rep was there daily. The journey took 1.5 hours from the airport and the beach is a 15 mins walk but very steep and a killer walking up. Jacuzzi outside doesn’t work, swimming pools freezing, this is one hotel we won’t be returning…
Lovely hotel, clean and lots of activities for all ages. Fabulous choice for food and very attentive. Any small issues dealt with immediately. Very accommodating. If anything, nothing much to do in local area if you want a promenade but other than this is really nice. Beach 10-15minute walk, difficult if disabled.
