This was our first time at Hotel Karya as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children (6 and 9 years old)
We arrived late in the evening and were shown where we could have dinner and there were bags waiting for us in the lobby, we were shown to our room which had a great view,
The rooms are clean, our room was cleaned every day
I would recommend going before or after the season as the hotel can get busy ,
Food is always freshly prepared, lots of choice,
Mostly good Turkish food, salads and a lot of different puddings,
Food is available almost all day long!
5 different swimming pools, including 2 with slides for larger and smaller children,

The animation team and bar staff are great! We made many friends during our stay and will return next year!

Stayed here with my 2 kids and wife as part of a multi centre holiday for our weekend trip on May, 2023. The room was fabulous, large and well maintained. Staff were always friendly, supportive and polite. The choice at breakfast was fantastic and can easily find the food for the young kids. Welcome drinks and complimentaries were appreciated. There is mouthing negative that we experienced frankly speaking, and the location as well as the view from the room was tremendous. Would definitely return soon.

Hello, we are staying in a hotel. An average hotel, reviews vary depending on what people expect. 1) The most perfect one, in my opinion, is the number 1 cold appetizer, it literally makes you pour it every day, well done. 2) Breakfast is very good. Hello, when we first called to make a reservation, we talked to a friend named Oğuz, we asked for a parking bed for our 2-year-old child, they said to look at the occupancy rate of the hotel and return that way, nothing was done, we stayed in room 1319, there was neither soap nor shampoo, the room was filthy, there was no light in the room, there is only a night light by the pool. We are currently staying at the hotel as our last night. We came on holiday as a total of 6 people, 2 children. I don't know where to start and what deficiency I should write about. The problems started as soon as we stepped into the hotel, we were kept waiting in the lobby for nearly 2 hours for them to give us our room. The hotel is incredibly crowded, there is chaos everywhere. Hygiene is zero. .Room cleaning comes every day, but only leaves towels and makes your bed. The sea is not clean because it is sandy and shallow. The food is terrible, the same things come out every day and it is incredibly bad. We literally went hungry in the all-inclusive hotel. All of the employees, except for 1-2, are sullen and disrespectful in their attitude. We chose fish as a la carte. As an appetizer, they put the tasteless appetizers from the main restaurant on shaped plates. The calamari was the worst calamari I have ever eaten (I couldn't eat). There was no shrimp. Long story short, if you want to be disgraced with your money, stay hungry, and not listen to the crowd, you can choose it. I will never recommend it to anyone and will never leave your door again. I won't even pass by it.

We arrived at the hotel at 14:00 for our check-in on July 28th. At the reception they told us that our room was not ready and we had to wait. We got our room after asking 3 times until 15:30. We put our small belongings in our room with a bunk bed and went to the pool. When we went to put large items in the room, we could not open the door. After pushing a few times, a gentleman inside said no and opened the door. Apparently, after giving our room to us, they gave it to someone else. Afterwards, a new room was found by 17:30. It's the first time in my life that I experienced something like this. The hotel is managed very amateurishly. The pool with children's playground is very dirty. Pools are not cleaned properly. The ingredients used in the meals and breakfasts are not bad, they are above average. Sea part usage is poor. Employees work 16 hours a day, they are exhausted. When our room was not cleaned for 2 days, we asked. There was cleaning every 3 days. This information is not given at the reception. Your sheets and towels won't be changed unless you tell them to. Be sure to take shampoo and shower gel with you. The stuff they put in the bathroom vending machine is so crass it makes your hair fall out. I hope the hotel management is aware of the problems. It is expensive compared to the service provided. On average, it is around 5 thousand TL per night, but in my opinion it is not worth more than 3.5 thousand TL.

After checking out of the hotel, I wanted to tell you all about the hotel. We first had a traffic accident on the way to the hotel and my wife had nothing but a few cracks, but she broke her leg. While we told our daughter we had to go home, we checked in to the hotel, although we were never comfortable seeing her feel so sorry. As soon as we explained our problems to the front desk, we immediately brought a wheelchair for our daughter and the room was changed to ground floor because of our condition, although it was normally purchased on the upper floors. First, thank you very much to the front desk staff. Next, I’d like to talk about the animation. There are different activities almost every hour, and the whole crew is very attentive. My daughter cried for a long time because she didn’t want to leave them on their departure day. I didn’t mean bad reviews about the food because there’s a buffet and really a lot of variety. And all very tasty. The beginning of the sea is a little rocky, but there’s no problem entering it in a sea shoe. I don’t really mean the reviews about cleanliness. Because all the employees are very attentive and very understanding every day they come to check the rooms for a request or help in need. We had a very nice holiday with our family, the room cleaning was done every day, the food is very good, it appeals to everyone, the reception, Cem İlkut, Ayşegül, Sevda Kerim Çağan, they do their job very well and were helpful in everything, Luci and Barbie from the animation team were super, they entertained all of us, especially Luci, my son was very interested in Cinar and loved him very much.
