It's a very nice hotel in a good street. hotel is small, clean and renewed recently, staffs are very kind. there are 2 good restaurant, Moharram restaurant and Abbas Rashti restaurant near the hotel, in Imam Khomeini street. Hotel has not parking, and WIFI isn't very fast in the hotel.
As I'm Iranian, I can't tell you about the communication line between you and staff but there are some other experiences to share: benefits: 1. all the rooms are BB. 2. Breakfasts are quite good and cover all the necessary items like milk, tea and etc. 3.Rooms are quite comfortable and have enough space. The accommodation are quite reasonable and satisfactory. 4. WC and bath room is a little compact. 5. Nothing much there is in mini bar. 6. Staff responsibility is great and they are all there to give service just in time. 7.Room charges are economic
we had booked for 3 nights. We got to the hotel at 12 but they didn't give us our room till 2:30. Very annoying reception staff that when we asked for a room in upper floor they told us we don't have any room available. We had booked two weeks before our trip and they didn't saved any room for us. We waited untill 2:30 and they gave us room 101 the worst room at the hotel in first floor next to the prayers room and near the reception desk. They talked loudly till 1 A.M and we couldn't sleep at all. The hotel is situated in a very noisy neighbourhood and there's no parking available. The bed and pillows are terrible and very uncomfortable. You don't have a lot of choices for breakfast and that's the same everyday. Clean rooms but old bathroom. I won't come back to this hotel.
Me and my wife stayed there for 3 nights. There are two kinds of rooms; with street view and without view. The rooms with street view are a bit noisy, but others are good. First day of our stay was awful. They gave room 103 which is located on the reception and very noisy. Next day we upgraded our room to second floor, that was good. Points: - Staff are kind but not trained. They talk loudly and make noise. - Breakfast is ok and does not change. - There is no parking, but staff help to park your car in front of the hotel - Wi-Fi does not work. - Bathroom is clean, but room is not cleaned very well. - If you need, there is Iranian WC next to the reception. Overally, as there are limited number of hotels in Rasht, it is ok hotel to stay according to the prices.
We loved our stay at Pamchal. After travelling in Iran for 3 weeks and experiencing some very very basic accommodation it was a relief and delight to arrive at Pamchal. We were very lucky to be given a corner room away from the main road which was large, light filled and comfortable. A room which was a pleasure to be in. We found all staff to be friendly and helpful - answering our questions and helping with a reasonably priced day tour to local sites. Location is a few kilometres from city centre and bazaar but taxis are plentiful and cheap if you prefer not to walk. There are plenty of delicious restaurants within easy walking distance of Pamchal.
