I stayed this hotel, but first image was rustic hotel. Staffs not kind they do not smile and when i request or call them they do not come to the guest quicly. I used caffee and rang the bell but they never come to us for 35 minutes. If say it is they style but it seems rude. But food is not bad and pretty good. When you have breafast, you should go upstairs. If you are female you should wear the scarf and do not reveal your skin for other people. Hotel staff's uniform is like modern+Hijab style. This is very unique when i saw them. Also Gym and Swimming pool available times seperated by gender.

This hotel is located very close to Shahid Rajaee port (a major port for import to and export from Iran) and PGSEZ (home for major Steel manufacturing factories). So it is basically intended to host business man and engineers who seek a clean place to stay at night and relax. The hotel structure and amenities are built well (it has big gardens, a pool, a sauna, etc), but unfortunately it is managed more like a dormitory and most rooms are contracted to big local businesses, who use them to sleep their personnel. Still as a workers dormitory it has high standards, but don't ever expect even 3-star hotel services there. Also the meals are only as good as to keep you alive. As the hotel is located in a remote (and somehow quiet location) sleep quality is not affected by outside noise, but the noise from fridge or A/C in the room might be bothering.

Firstly you will see luxury building through the big garden , but this is all acceptable view that you will have. The rooms are so dirty with bad smell, Internet connection is so poor , the rooms lights is awful , the foods I mean breakfast, lunch, dinner are so week, the services are so bad . All the corridor wallpapers are removed, the pool and sauna doesn't work and it's so far from downtown. Don't try this 2* hotel , not at all.

...and even in southern Iran. Luxurious and build with international standards. Fabulous service and helpful staff. Great view, sauna and pool. Very nice atmosphere both for business and pleasure. I am sure I come back there with happiness.
