Our room was on the small side with old fashioned noisy air con (but at least it worked). The TV worked too but in-room safe was locked on arrival. Good shower in bathroom and decent sized loo rolls (fit for larger mammals and not just small rodents). Rather tired dark wood décor. Visit was enlivened by visit of local football...

We stayed here two nights in February 2017 in order to visit the sights of Susa and Shushtar. Positives: - Not many other options and better that we expected Negatives: - Rooms facing river and road are noisy - need better sound proofing - no fitness center - Breakfast limited without many selections

The hotel location is at the river side, it is good to go walk by the river. Rooms were clean, everything was prepared well. The hotel is a busy hotel. Food was good. the lobby is good to meet people. Staff at the reception were helpful, but not all of them speaks English.

It is far from a 5 star hotel. Upon arrival there is no one to help you with your luggages. The cleaning staff missed a used bottle of water on my bed. Interior design is frightening. The breakfast is the worst thing; limited only to few option: 2-3 types of omelet, the lowest quality sausage you would ever try, and...

Right along side the river. Get river view. Breakfast was poor. Dinner was average. Free wifi but very slow even with 3 bars. Can't be because too many people are using it. Hotel didn't seem that crowded. Shower/bath tub very slippery. Single rooms are very small
