5 Star Customer Service by all members of staff we encountered. Ewelina however went the extra mile during our stay. Her kind and curtious persona during a stressful visit with my family to the capital to conduct business is why I will recommend this hotel to all my relatives and friends for future visits to London.

Lets talk about the hotel first: Dirty and smely Bedding reported 8 times to change the Bedding between 8:30am till 11pm at night, irresponsible Staff, extremely careless staff. Also Staff allocated same room to another customer whom then walked into our room while my daughter and wife were changing. What did Staff do nothing. Both problem left unsolved until I got really upset and decided to report it to manager on duty but unfortunately there were no one available. They told me they are busy but I reported the problem 8:30am which did not get resolved till 11pm. One of the staff went into the room with someone and did not return for over an hour I don't have to tell you what it means when the men carried the Bedding while staff person called Martha was walking down towards reception looking untidy. Room was cleaned even when I personally requested to clean and at reception. No towels replaced, bin left full throughout the stay. Places to eat: Avoid eating at Hotel Visit Wembly and or Harrow which is under 30m in journey for great eat out and lively evening out. So much to see and explore. Both location includes Primark to those love shopping at Primark. Love Outdoor Exercises: Well, the only thing I loved about Hotel is the quite location. There is over a mile long traffic free stretch of road via the hotel where you could run freely which leads to a nice park next to M1 which includes slide and a swing for the kids. Visiting london is easy: There is a bus stop near via about 15min walk. nice and easy walk once again traffic free safe for kids to walk through the quite path then through the park. Catch Bus 113 to awards Hendon Central 14th Stop and Train station is about 4min walk then Take Northern Line straight to London Bridge ( Please don't get confused between London bridge and Tower Bridge The famous and worlds most photographed place is actually called Tower bridge and not London bridge which a very boring bridge to walk over. Place to VISIT: You can walk, Take Bus and or Train: London Eye, Harrods, Big Ben, Buckingham palace, Cruse ship, Millennium Bridge (Wobbly Bridge), Natural History Museum (Must book free Entry ticket online to avoid disappointment), Beautiful Thames Beach. Buy: One day Travelcard Zone 1-6 for a family its cheap around £34 which you can use it on Bus, Train, Tram, and of-course on all Trains.

Stay in this hotel on a regular basis and it gets worse every time. The sink was dirty and cracked the toilet was dirty and the toilet lid cracked. Staff ignore people walking around with no face masks I had to get out of the lift as another guest stepped in without one, I even passed a member of staff in the corridor with no mask on. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable the pillows looked quite old and flat and the uht milk curdled when I made a cup of tea it obviously never gets checked or changed. I struggled to park every day as so much of the car park is filled up with coaches despite the sign saying they are not allowed. The noise at night was the worse it was 3:00 am until it went quiet. Overall one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel.

I booked this place having low expectations due to other reviews I’ve read but I have to disagree with the ones I’ve read now. I’ll summarise my review based of how things went for me. Booking in- This started bad for me due to a booking error with the company I went via but the staff were amazing ! They tried everything to get a hold of the company and when failed they put us up for £50 (refunded when everything was sorted) I managed to get a hold of the company after going to my room and took my phone to them and they sorted everything for me. 5* when it comes to helpfulness Rooms- They have surprisingly large rooms The bathrooms as well were quite big very spacious the shower pressure wasn’t very good but okay. The room comes with a kettle and then enough to have a cup of tea etc. Luckily there is a service station next door for any extra you wanna buy at a reasonable price. Staff-most of the staff are very nice and very helpful but I’m not gonna lie there was a couple members that was kind of have a similar job for example my mother ordered some soup and it was left on the kitchen side for almost 10 minutes whilst one of the chefs was shouting service but no answer and we could see the member talking to another staff member so not absolutely perfect but if it wasn’t for a couple of members it would be there. Location- As the location of the hotel itself they have parking for guests so if you drive yourself it’s not too bad but for anyone that doesn’t drive there is a tube entrance about 15 to 20 minute walk away so as long as a member of the family has no disabilities it should be fine from there it’s about an hour into London. Those are 3 of the main things that stuck out to me.
