The hotel is right in the midst of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. With only 38 rooms, there's a lot of individual attention. We parked the car and didn't use it until we left. The dinner menu had so many good selections that it was hard to make a decision. Breakfast was great the next morning as well.

This is an amazing place to stay, with great walks and unrivalled scenery. Such an interesting place to stay. We booked on a dinner, bed and breakfast deal which was great value. The views from the room were fabulous, looking down the river. The meals were fabulous and staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend to others.

This hotel is situated in an ideal position on banks of River Clyde in South Lanarkshire. New Lanark is also a World Heritage Centre, charting the life of Robert Owen. The building was originally part of the industrial mills built in 18th Century. The hotel has been given a sympathetic and modern face lift, where good food and hospitality are... More

The hotel is fantastic, friendly staff, fantastic food, bright spacious clean room with fantastic views. Couldn't ask for more and spa facilities made it a nice relaxing break. Also steeped in history and lots to do at heritage centre and gorgeous roof top gardens. Plenty walks with stunning scenery and waterfalls.

A beautiful hotel set in the new lanark world heritage site. Rooms were clean and comfortable and very spacious. The bar and lounge were well kept, and plenty drink choices. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced. All staff we spoke to were very courteous and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and... More

It is not often that you have the opportunity to stay in a World Heritage Sight. The hotel is part of the New Lanark Complex and has been superbly converted from one of the old mill buildings. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel welcome with a very easy check in procedure. We self-catered in one of... More

Lucky enough to be booked into Harmony Suite on a romance package as a 25th anniversary present from our two lovely children. Room and views were amazing! Meal in restaurant was delicious and service from our young waitress was outstanding . All staff were a credit to the hotel , polite , courteous and welcoming !

Having visited New Lanark Mill Hotel with my family many times there was only ever going to be one venue for my daughters wedding. My daughter met with wedding planner Becky roughly 18 months prior to wedding, Becky could not do enough for her, the communication was excellent anything my daughter suggested Becky was 100% behind her. On the months... More

A very pleasant hotel in a beautiful location. Every member of staff we met was extremely courteous and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable, although not luxurious. One minor gripe – we waited nearly 50 minutes for breakfast and when it arrived, the black pudding and haggis were extremely greasy, and the potato scone was literally black on... More
