The room location was good, we paid extra for a balcony overlooking the lake. The one disappointment for us was no TV in the room or radio. The clock radio was bad, presumably no reception. The breakfast was ok, but with only 3 cereals to choose from and 1 yoghurt was very restricted. No fruit was available although it was...

Echoing my husband's review the hospitality we received from Rob and Ann (their children, their staff...and Pepsi) was wonderful! As my husband said we arrived as guests and left as friends. Being able to relax completely and unwind in one of our most treasured places, and in such comfort rather than our usual camping, was a gift. Thank you.

A truly fabulous stay in a beautiful area. Fantastic to be able to lay in bed and look out on Lake Bala. Welcoming and friendly owners and staff, nothing too much trouble. The cooked breakfasts are highly recommended.

Many, many thanks to Rob & Ann for their excellent hospitality. Not only for this weekend but also for their kind understanding when we had to postpone at short notice in February due to family illness. We arrived at their family home as guests and left as friends. A very relaxing 2 days, excellent breakfast, especially the crepes! And left...

Four of us stayed for four days. Had the most awsome stay. All rooms overlooked Bala lake, The Modern spacious Breakfast Room was like you on a ship and the decking sitting area on all balcony's outside were amazing. The lake view changed all the while. The most mystical was when the lake looked like a mirror image of the...

Stayed here for 3 nights over Easter and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hosts Rob and Ann are very welcoming and attentive and gave us lots of recommendations of where to eat, good walks etc. The location of the b&b is fantastic, right by lake Bala with great views and only a 5 minute drive from the town. Breakfasts were...
