This pub is cheap and has brilliant friendly girls working the bar, made us feel very welcome. We used the bar everyday during our stay at Pendine. It's dog friendly which is also a bonus! Great views of the beach too.

What can i say about this place apart from very friendly, great staff, great beers. You come here as a stranger and definitely leave as a friend. From walking in the door to leaving you are made to feel welcome by staff and locals, this is a pub like a pub should be. Cheapest in the area and good beer...

I stayed here for one night in June, it is cheap because it is a lower than average pub offering accommodation, if you are looking for that you will be happy - don`t go to bed before midnight on a Saturday unless you can sing along to the loud music!

After spending a week at Pendine we thankfully discovered this pub on the second night, currently undergoing huge renovation but that didn't stop us receiving a fantastic welcome and enjoying many of "the cheapest pint in town" wonderful views of the sea and and a seating area outside which I can only imagine in the summer is bliss.. I recommend...

On arrival to "the Beach" the atmosphere was vibrant great music on the jukebox and...

We've been going to Pendine for a long time and seen this pub never really meet its potential and often said if I owned that..... Well the landlord has managed to buy the pub after many years of trying and within a short period you can tell how much he loves that pub and you can see where he going...

“Ask for a sea view if there's one available. Amazing. Our phones were on Virgin which uses the EE/Orange/T-Mobile network and we had no signal at all and there is no wifi either so you will have to go over to the Parkdean club for wifi which didn't work either on our visit. Pendine is a signal blackspot for those networks.”
