We stayed in this quaint B&B for a couple nights after completing a Viking Rhine River cruise and enjoyed it so much because it happened to be right across the street from where my wife's grandfather owned a bakery, which she had visited from the US 50-55 years before! I wouldn't recommend the room on the top floor for anyone...

We stayed two nights at this hotel which is probably more of a b&b than hotel. Great location for us by the marina and close to the boeren bruiloft location which was the event we visited in Joure. Our room was on the top floor, a bit of a climb but a nice view. The room was immaculate, beds good,...

This was a surprise, what a beautifully location, lovely village centre, the accommodation is homely , could not ask for a better wellcome , beautifully room. Plus the added benefit of a small kitchen. And a good secure place to put your bikes.

Really really good hotel. The owner is really nice and helpful and is always doing her best to fulfill the wishes of her guests. Breakfast is good as well. Clean and a nice interior. Great beds. Two minute walk to the Main Street. Try to get a room on the upper floors. Lower floors might be a bit loud due...

Certainly no hotel, but a more than good B&B. Very friendly greeting upon arrival, noting that one must time their arrival with some accuracy and communicate this with the reception, as there is no permanent staffing at the B&B. Good location, near to Joure centre, with fine restaurants nearby. Stayed in room "Swiet" on first floor. Interior was clean, neat...

We arrived to a most friendly welcome from the owner of this smallish hotel - along with complimentary drink! The rooms are clean and attractively, but simply, decorated and furnished. The breakfast was excellent and attended by a bright and helpful waitress. The price was reasonable. I would recommend this as a good place to spend a night or two...

This on one of the few inns that have no issue with parking spaces, easy access, friendly and welcoming staff. The Inn is located in an old bulding , though fully refurbished for modern times. Beds and rooms are good and spacious, as is the breakfast in the morning, to each customers wish tailor made even. In the event of...

Very friendly and helpful people, spacious rooms and excellent beds. Breakfast is very tasteful and offers more than enough to suit anyone's taste (ask for the freshly prepared bacon and eggs). Ideally located to explore south-west Friesland by boat, by bike or by car. Definitely recommended for a short or longer holiday.
