Me and my Friends stayed a week in May in this lovely hotel which is really charming. Clean and comfortable accommodation set in a beautiful well kept garden area. Visitors can enjoy the quiet Italian country-style area which is beautiful. I celebrated my birthday there and I was nicely surprised by the genuinely friendly and attentive hospitality from the Hotel management and staff. I would like to mention Tina and Simona, they are both made our stay really enjoyable and memorable. I can highly recommend this Hotel. Anita

We stayed a whole week at hotel Micalosu which was too long. Location is nice, with nice views from the terrace of the restaurant. The room was very small and the bed quite uncomfortable. The wi-fi was not very reliable. The whole place seems quite run down. There were very few shadowy spaces near the pool so we could never stay there longer. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special. We did not eat in the restaurant. All in all not worth the prices they charge.

The view is nice. But it does not justify the level of price compared with low level services and prestations. Old furnitures, cheap bathroom amenities, poor wifi, small number of electrical plugs in bedrooms, no towels at the pool, poor swimming pool management (stay dirty inside), medium level breakfast, cold showers in bathrooms(hot water nor always available), water leaks in the A/C system. So really overpriced when prices should be close to 2 stars hôtel. A big disappointment. This hotel needs investments and better services.

Simple, but good hotel for those who want to drive trough the island by car and discover beautiful places. You definitely need a car when you stay in this hotel, because theres almost nothing near the hotel. Only a nice village Cannigione, but it's 25 minutes walk on a steep road. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. One of the owners drove us a to the village a few times by night. What a service!

Stayed at this hotel 2 nights. Location is good. Brekkie was yum and the view amazing. Best chocolate croissants ever. Pool area is lovely and staff very friendly. Only issue was internet connection and no toiletries only body wash/soap.

We chose to hold our wedding reception at the hotel Micalosu based on word of mouth and they surpassed our expectations. The care, dedication and friendliness in the days before the wedding was simply amazing. Most of our foreign guests were also staying at the hotel and were very happy about the location and hospitality provided by Tina, Cinzia and Rino. On the day, the food was divine, from local sources, genuine and fresh. We had a great time, great memories and highly recommend this hotel.

Brilliant location just 1.5km from the delightful village of Cannigione with a choice of beaches to explore and opportunities to take a cruise or explore some inland towns and villages or explore the many archaeological sites or markets. Pop into the tourist office in the town centre where the very helpful staff will guide you through the perfect stay, whether you wish to spend lazy days on the beach or explore wider afield.

I was there with my fiancee for 5 days. The garden and surrounding landscapes are amazing! Considering the location (15 km from Palau, Maddalena Island, Porto Cervo and all the beautiful locations of costa smeralda), the cleaning service and the availability and kindness of the staff this hotel has in my opinion a very good compromise between price and service. It can even run for 4 stars with few improvements. Do not forget you are in Costa Smeralda! Those that want to have "cheap" holidays and be treated as in a 5 star for sure will not like ;).

The hotel has a very nice view and is located very close to the charming village of Cannigione. Rooms etc. are clean and basic. Further, the staff is very friendly. At our last day in the hotel we still needed to plan the rest of our trip trough sardinia and the receptionist (Salvatore) spontaneously helped us doing it which was very nice!
