That is such a prompt response - thank you! The rum punch is now proving so popular that I have a recipe ready to send out to anyone who stays with us and would like to have the same experience in their back garden at home - assuming it will be a long hot summer! Come back soon! Judith

It has been several weeks since our return to Canada from St. Lucia and without a doubt our stay at the Mango Beach Inn is a highlight of our travel experiences! The Mango Beach Inn exceeded our expectations and introduced to a vacation experience of days gone by. Modern day

Dear Wally and Alice It works both ways - you were wonderful guests. Perfect for us at Mango Beach Inn. You liked living in a natural environment, in a ramshackle old inn run by owners who love the place and do a lot of the things you liked to do - hiking, birdwatching, discovering new and wonderful places (yes, we still do that sometimes). there's always something new in St Lucia, and being on the waterfront as we are there is a constantly changing panorama with boats coming in and out, the light and the water reflect contant changes. Plus of course there are some lovely bars and restaurants just two minutes ferry ride away. Come back soon! Judith

Thanks Gemma, to you and all the family! We loved having you around. Mango Beach is well suited to families with children and your three were a delight to have arround. Thanks also for some of the inside information you gave us - particularly the Woodsview Estate birdwatching and nature tour. i am recommending it to guests who want an authentric experience and i am sure it will be very popular when the season picks up again. We tend to get the kind of guests who are interested in nature and history and love to try out some local dishes! Let us know next time you're here in St Lucia! Judith

Mango Beach is the kind of lovely villa that you see in classic films, or maybe a Caribean murder mystery from the BBC for example. It has character! Situated on a hillside overlooking the prettiest bay in St. Lucia, you can easily spend a whole day simply sitting in the vibrant

Thanks for this lovely review Molly! We were amazed at how much you managed to do in such a short time! you had done your research before you arrived which always makes it easier to focus on what really interests you. We hope you will visit us again one day. talking to you about the future of the earth's fragile infrastructure was interesting too - as i explained, we do our best here to protect the many creatures that inhabit the tropics and our mosquito control is provided by the ponds and the neem trees. i had no idea that neem oil had a part to play in farming apples!
