Indeed a hostal, not a casa. But nevertheless good value for money. The owner speaks good English. The staff is very helpful. The mojito's are not so good compared to the rest of Cuba, but the lobster is great. The airconditioning is a bit old-fashined, but it suffices. Everything is clean and the bathroom small ut OK, with good warm... More

I was one of a group of 22 that enjoyed the most wonderful lunch here. The food was excellent, not just the honey chicken, but all of it. The staff was eager to please and met our every need, including a couple of special dietary requests. We were served a variety of items to eat, and everything was fresh and... More

Very nice courtyard with rooms either side. Quiet and private with lush gardens outside the rooms. Bonus plunge pool in the courtyard also to cool off on those hottest days. Food was the best I had during my stay in Cuba. All seafood was excellent. Room large and clean, bathroom and shower very good and working AC.

Overall: Recommend. Clean, pleasant, relaxing environment in a convenient location. Feels a bit more like an inn than someone’s house. Two of us stayed one night. Pros: - Ambiance: Common space is pleasant and beautiful upon entering – luscious garden with fountains, stained glass, charming furniture; pretty quiet and could not hear the street outside. - Service: Attentive, speaks some... Our group had a very nice lunch here. The food was all really good, especially the honey chicken. The owners of this bed and breakfast which includes a paladar (privately owned restaurant) shared their recipe for honey chicken with us. It was great meeting the owners and their family, as this is a family run business.

Our tour group of 20 ate lunch at this "hostal" and really enjoyed. The lunch was one of the best we'd had, the host and family were gracious and spoke English, and the 6 rooms we toured were well appointed. All agreed that this was a nice Bed & Breakfast (also serves lunch and dinner with a full bar) by... More

Great casa. And nice owners. The entrance is good for wheelchair so is Inside. Food is great you won't leave this place with hunger. Breakfest is also super with fresh food and eggs. Located in center of Santa Clara with a secure parking arround the corner

This was our first stay upon arriving in cuba and it was one of our favorites during the whole trip. The house is beautiful, filled with art and antiques. The host and staff are incredibly kind and friendly. We felt welcomed and very comfortable here. Our room was clean and quiet. The location could not be beat. Only a few... More

We loved this Casa tucked away in a residential street in Santa Clara. Beautiful building and rooms plus the bonus of a pool right outside the door in the courtyard which we took full advantage of, not heated but very refreshing after a hot day out and about. The food was excellent and we had dinner there both nights. Also... More
