Our visit to Cap Juluca was the highlight of our whole week across 3 different islands! Apart from the absolutely stunning property, it was hands-down the best service we received out of anywhere from Anguilla to St Barths. Other places we had long waits for service, had to hunt down servers and ask for everything we needed, but CJ nailed it. It’s what you expect out of a 5-star luxury resort. I hope other Belmond resorts are just as good because now we’re hooked. We had a long fabulous lunch at UCHU where our servers Johnathon and Alexander took good care of us. Drinks were great. Afterwards we got some chairs on the beach (which was nearly empty and soooo nice and relaxing! Literally like 4 other people on the entire beach). If you’ve seen other reviews, you know Justin-Time is AMAZING!!! Big shout out to him for taking such good care of us while on the beach. Thanks from your Vegas girls :)…

We’ve been coming to Cap Juluca for the last 4 years. We absolutely love it here!! There is no other paradise like Cap J. Maundy’s Bay is by far one of the most prestigious beaches in the world and the service is always excellent. Our favorite things are the breakfast and the Cap Shack. Fiona always brings a smile to our face in the morning! Best of all is Justin! Formerly at Cap shack and now at the pool. He’s the real MVP!! You always feel at home and welcome when Justin is taking care of you! Justin embodies the welcoming spirit and hospitality of Anguilla and Cap J!

We went to Uchu and hung out at the beach for a while. The most beautiful beach in the island and Justin who takes care of the food/drinks/beach amenities is absolutely the loveliest. Very rare both family and honeymooner friendly place.

This resort is glorious and aesthetically pleasing. But what sets it apart from all the other hotels on the island is the hospitality. You’ll see excellent service throughout your stay but you won’t forget Justin-Time. His friendly smile and conversation makes you want to spend all of your time on the beach. He is beyond attentive and give 5 star customer service. I can’t wait to return and tell all of my friends about the memories I created thanks to the assistance of Justin.

Cap Juluca is our absolute favorite resort and beach! The white stucco against the blue ocean is just stunning! Everything about this resort is first class all the way from the grounds, the rooms and the staff! It is very quite and laid back. Highly recommend!

My wife and I loved every minute of our 7 day stay at Cap Juluca. The experience began and ended with the Host Desk. One month before our arrival we contacted the host desk to reserve dinner reservations at Pimms, Mango’s, Jacala, Julian’s and Sharkeys and they executed our request flawlessly. They also provided great advice at 5:00 PM on our arrival date to arrange transfer via boat as we missed the last flight from SXM to AXA. We arrived at 7:00 PM and we’re greeted by management and we’re immediately offered a mixed beverage which was perfect. Our bags were in our room and our host carefully explained the details of the resort and answered all questions concerning our room. Evan our host checked in on us 2 or 3 times a day to make certain every need was met. We had an issue with our car rental which he quickly resolved. He even assisted us with our luggage when we departed. We stayed in Villa 3 which was a great choice as it was near the pool and calm ocean waters a few steps from our room. We had dinner one night at Pimms and the waiter suggested the goat cheese soup and beef cheek which was fabulous. We dined under the stars on our anniversary and the setting and service from Danny Boy was wonderful. The food that evening was perfectly prepared. During the day we ventured off property once or twice but it was very difficult to leave our loungers and beach attendant service. We had an issue with our door to the beach and maintenance came within 5 minutes and installed a new door latch. Our twice a day room device was never disruptive and exceeded our expectations. My husband & I went for our Honeymoon the 1st week of February. Amazing. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and willing/offering to help in any way they could. Everyone you pass says hello/good morning etc & most greet you by your name. The Rooms were large and spacious and all have amazing views of the ocean with a great balcony if you need to escape the sun. house keeping comes 2x per day so you are never out of fresh towels. The beach is a mere few steps from your room. You have the beach chairs assigned to you for your entire visit which is so great you feel like you always know where you are going. Two other hotels we visited when there did not have the same feel that Cap had of a private beach where you are not on top of each other. And no screaming kids running around. Clarone & the 2 other Ladies who worked at beach villa btwen 11 & 12 were incredibly helpful and friendly and didnt mind the number of times you had to ask for the umbrella up & down. The water sports guys were great and my husband went sailing 2 days in a row Breakfast is always busy but you are always seated quickly and served coffee within minutes. Great to grab bikes from in front of your room and ride over. warning it is windy!! Cant beat location for breakfast with a view. Kerry was assigned to our villa and was available via text for any questions we had about reservations/ weather etc which was super helpful and convenient. The Sabering in the lobby at 6pm was cool to watch. my husband got to do one and they bring you the top of the bottle to keep. This was probably the most action the lobby got. The Spa: treatments were great but there are no spa amenities like sauna/steam room etc. Also didnt feel like you could shower after since the shower is in the treatment room and felt like they had another appointment coming in right after and you had to change & get out. Cap Shack was the best food at the hotel. Also had lunch at Uchu which was good. We mostly went to local restaurants for dinner which I would highly recommend. The concierge was super helpful in booking & switching reservations around for us. Recommend booking in advance the horse back riding- it was an incredible once in a life time experience riding at sunset on the beach. We rented a Moke- fun way to drive around and see the Island. A woman from concierge showed us a youtube video how to get to the arch that made it super easy for us to follow. she came out when we were leaving in our Moke to tell us to enjoy! Extraordinary hotel that was above our expectations for our Honeymoon. We hope to be back!! …
