We spent one night at the Guest House and Colleen & Vince made us feel very welcome! There is a lot of space that guests can use, such as a kitchen, a large lounge room with tv, own room with private toilet and bathroom. We spent the whole evening taking photos of the best views of the city of Pert...

The room was clean and comfortable but the hosts were terrible. Made me feel bad, It seemed most requests were all too hard, mis interpreted, and made into big issues. Even though I had been polite through out it left a bitter taste in my mouth. And will not be visiting again.

I spent 2 nights on my own at Eleebana for a relaxing break, and it was just as I had hoped. There is a fully self-catered option not listed on their website that was even cheaper ($65 / night) that was exactly what I was after. The guest kitchen was well equipped and many food options were a short drive...

We were complete strangers to this area, so someone else selected this Guest House for us....and we were so glad they did! The hospitality is absolutely first class, the location superb, and the accommodation so comfortable it feels like home. We wished we could have stayed longer, we enjoyed it so much. The breakfasts were super, and included boiled eggs....

We picked Eleebana for our last night in WA, we had to be back at Perth airport at 0830 the next morning. It's in a stunning location on a hill near Armadale, 30 minutes from the airport. The views over the valley were amazing. Vince welcomed us and payment (cash) was sorted out promptly. The guest wing has a few...

This was the first time we have stayed in this B&B overall it was a positive and pleasant stay. There are 5 rooms which shared 2 bathrooms but generally they don't book out more than 3 rooms at a time so you almost have a bathroom to yourself. Our room had a comfortable bed and a bar fridge with tea...

Mum and I had to travel to Perth for a funeral. As she worked full time she left me to book a place. She was concerned when she found out I booked a "guest house" saying we will need to take our own towels & nothing would be provided. Boy was she wrong! Everything was provided above average with such...

I am not into writing reviews but after the traumatic encounter my husband and I experienced recently at Eleebana Guest House, I feel compelled to do the right thing and inform other travellers to totally avoid the place. We booked a night's accommodation at Eleebana Guest House in March 2012 for our visit to Perth in September 2012. We couldn't...

Our third and second last stop in AU was in Armadale. Always wanted to exprience a good B&B. Searched through the net and found Eleebana. Booking and deposit paid online. They also provided airport pick-up. 30 minutes from the terminals. We reached late evening. The guest house is managed by Vince & Colleen. From the pick-up to the check-in we...
