This resort was recommended to me, but my expectations were exceeded. Fantastic garden, fantastic Spa, fantastic restaurant (thanks to Indian chef Mr. Roopesh PK). Thanks to the kindness of the staff at the reception, lastly thanks to the courtesy of Mr. Musinski. And we had a lot of sun, which is also important
I have rent a 4 Star hotel room.. on reservation it says that I have refrigerator in room... It was broken and have probably not work for years, so it was more hot inside then outside. It says on reservation that I have book with bathtub,, and on photos of room there was showers and bathtub.. no bathtub in room.. And they shower did not work, so water came out 3 placed, so we use shower by there swimming pool and spa. Btw the spa was not hot and out of the massage jets the water was spary cold water.. so massage was a negative effects.. When we wanted to check out they lady only speak polish.. no Gernmay, no English... We are in hotel ... Not private bed and breakfast.. Really I pay for it... And only get great view.. This is not fair to lose money and you can't complain because hotel only speak polish in 2019.. I really never have been so disappointed and that is not fair.. This hotel have to stop.. otherwise find new manager.. even massage chair in the reception don't work.. Nothing work and you have to pay for it... Fake .. and to expansive when you don't get what you pay.. Like you looking on a nice Audi A6 to rent and you get a old A100 that don't work much…
Very nice hotel with spa facilities. Quiet location in the countryside close to a beautiful lake and a nature reserve park. Free parking and spacious gardens, indoor pool and sauna free of additional charge. Good size rooms with comfy beds . Staff very polite and attentive.
We went in Kinga Hotel for a week end and it was a great surprise. The hotel is comfortable and really nice, inside and outside. It's surrounding by mountains and close to the lake where you can go to excursions (we did rafting, it was amazing !) There is a large place outside with grass and games for children and a terrace for relaxing. The management had changed recently. The staff is really welcoming and professionnal, they did everything for us so that we enjoyed our stay. Food at restaurant is really good and varied. And there is a nice indoor pool, jacuzzi and several kind of saunas and also a lot of choice of massages. We plan to go back there with our family very soon.
The main driver for our visit was the concept of Ayurvedic Massages with an Indian touch at this hotel which is very rare to find in Poland. Only after we visited ,we realised that the management had changed so it was no longer "Indian". But overall the stay was comfortable , nice clean rooms . The Ayurvedic massages were also done by trained professionals. We also managed get Indian vegetarian food making our trip a good one !
Drama; Too expensive for the services we have received, Especially that we were with kids. Employees not professional, food not delicious, Bread not fresh, No Even Good cake for Easter time. No animations.
I have stayed at Kinga hotel In January 2017 and I must admit there are no such hotels in Poland like that. Amazing surroundings of the Mountains, close to the lake and the castle. Beautiful hotel with a nice pool, saunas and Ayurvedic treatments. Polish and Indian cuisine. Fantastic relax in an amazing place, highly recommendable!
I didn't expect to find a hotel with great Indian cuisine in southern Poland, but a friend of mine suggested we must go. When we reached the place, we found not only Indian food made by Indian cook, but also a fully equipped Indian Ayurveda Spa, offering treatment that I remember having in Kerala, India. The hotel is pretty new, staff friendly and the area truly beautiful and worth visiting. Will definately come back!
In the end of May 2014 we spent two nights at Kinga Hotel Wellness in Czorsztyn in the south of Poland. We came to this place for rafting through the Dunajec river gorge on a traditional wooden raft as this is the best way to see the Pieniny National Park. The Kinga Hotel Wellness, however, was a bitter disppointment to us. Although our room was okay, the food was so miserable! The restaurant served only Indian cuisine and for that reason we moved to the town of Zakopane. We simply cannot imagine that this hotel has 4 stars!
We stayed at this hotel with young children on a short skiing holiday. It is approximately ten minutes drive away from the Czorsztyn ski area and is quite convenient to find. The concept of an Indian-themed spa hotel in a Polish ski area is slightly baffling but the hotel is fine. The high point was the authentic curry in the evening - authentic curry being hard to find in Poland. Service was friendly but there were problems at check out with a malfunctioning card reader. The bedroom was warm and clean, breakfast was fine and overall it was a perfectly comfortable stay
