Lovely clean room with kitchen area no cups or plates or cutlery tho or a kettle love my tea so would have liked these nice and cool room and had aircon too which was very quiet pool area lovely lovely cliff walks to beach ,staff work very very hard a big big thankyou to Jess our waitress she was amazing and looked after us so well as we were the only English guests at the time pool area was great and the entertainment guy was amazing and used his google to translate food was lovely always something to eat loved the fresh bread and the fish a lovely stay and much neede rest thankyou but please stock your kitchen areas with untesils xxx

Hotel Cap Roig well located, nice sea view from the room. Friendly & hard working Staffs (eg Moussa, Laurena, Margarita, Mandela and the rest of the Staff team. Attention short of staffs during rush hours in the Restaurant & Bar = long waiting. We had a wonderful time staying in your Hotel. Thanks @ all staffs.

We arrived for our planned holiday 24th Sep to find this hotel shut, all windows painted and curtains shut. We paid 200 Euros in 2 taxis from the airport. I checked my booking the morning we flew out and there was no mention of the hotel being shut or them transferring us to another hotel. We arrived with a 2 year old in the heat with nothing to drink as we expecting to go right into the hotel. We didn't understand the sign in the window, we had no way of phoning a taxi, I phoned on the beach who we booked through but they were no help saying the hotel shouldn't be shut. We sat there for an hour with a screaming 2 year old not knowing what to do. I kind fisherman took one of us to a hotel up the road where everything was sorted out. I am utterly disgusted with the lack of communication, the lack of email informing us you were shut, the lack of direction in English knowing you had English customers coming. You should be ashamed the way you have treated people and not just me and my family. I would warn anyone no to book here and stay away.

As I commented with you and your family when I went to pick them up at the hotel personally, we regret that this was our first meeting. However, we are astonished that you do not comment that in compensation for not staying at our hotel Cap Roig has been transferred to our magnificent resort Les Oliveres category 4 stars without you being charged any extra cost. We are also surprised that on several occasions we have met at the resort and we have discussed how excellent you and your family were in our facilities and rooms of our hotel Les Oliveres. I wish we would have had the opportunity to speak more deeply if you and your family had any complaints about our care. This hotel is closed and has been for a while. My partner and I booked a stay here from 17/09/17 to 22/09/17. We arrived at the hotel around midday on the 17/09/17 and found the hotel closed. We got out of the taxi and walked up to the main entrance, which was whited out with 3 signs in the window. We translated the signs, one just said 'closed hotel' with no further information and the other was regarding potential workers resumes, the 3rd included a google map print out but is wasn't clear what it was meant to be. We walked around the hotel grounds to see that every single curtain was drawn and every other window was whited out. Around the back of the hotel was a pool which was bright green. As we were walking around the hotel we came across another couple who was supposed to be staying there too. They said they had arrived at 2am the same day to the same scene. When they contacted the hotel they were informed there stay had been moved to another hotel about a mile down the coast and they wondered if the same hotel has been booked for us. My partner phoned the hotel and they confirmed that we had been moved to this other hotel and told us it was 5 minutes away by car. We had no car to get there, no way of booking a taxi and only Google maps to guide us. In the end the couple showed us a coastal pathway that took around 30 minutes to walk in the hot sun with 2 suitcases in tow. Upon arrival at the new hotel they informed us that Cap Roig has been closed for 2 days for 'renovation'. We received no email to say that this hotel would be closed and there was no attempt to make sure customers were being looked after and kept in the know.

As you could appreciate and as we have already mentioned, because you have not been able to enjoy our hotel in Cap Roig, your reservation was transferred to our fantastic 4-star hotel Les Oliveres; to 800 Mts distance, under the same conditions that you had and without any extra cost. We hope you enjoyed our 5 pools, paddle courts, our spectacular restaurant and its theme nights, our adult-only solarium area, our nightly shows and our nightclub, or just relax in our cozy Spa. All this not without naming our beautiful coves and visits to L Ampolla, our nearest town. Once again, we regret that the beginning of your stay was not what you had in mind but we are sure that with the attention of our staff and the facilities of our hotel Les Oliveres, your vacation has been of your total satisfaction. Hotel is located an hour drive from airport, but it was worth it. Place wasn't crowded, close to the nice beach, friendly for family and room was very clean with bottle of champagne.. BUT we booked it as a all inc. and all food and restaurant staff was alright, apart from one very nasty women working on the bar. She refused to give food and drinks for our kids because she lost her band, but kids had they bands on wrists. Also she was making some jokes about me to Spanish people standing around the bar, any time I was ordering drinks speaking in English language. I have seen on people faces embarrass while listen what she was saying. If I had a choice I would go to different bar for snacks and drinks, but there was nothing around plus we paid all inclusive. Rest of the staff was very friendly, but she lowered a lot our stay in this hotel.
