If you want to experience tasty, fresh, locally sourced food from the Castelbuono region in a farm setting served by friendly and welcoming hosts then you MUST stop for a meal. We were staying in Cefalu' for a couple of nights and wanted to visit the town of Castelbuono which is about 25 min from Cefalu' by car. A very nice place for a lunch. A family driven farm and perfekt for a long lunch. Dont miss their cheese, and dont miss their homemade pasta. And ecologic wine. and..and..
