We spent four days with the Rinner family at their splendid hotel in June, 2017. We liked absolutely everything there! The hotel is small and beautiful, the territory is lovely with its grass-plot, lots of flowers and wooden tables and benches for barbecue dinners. Each corner near the hotel is beautiful to look at! Inside the hotel we find nice items made of wax - the family keeps a beehouse and offers not only delicious honey for the guests but you can also take apitherapy! We liked wonderful old wardrobe and a harp in the hall. Our room was very nice with wooden furniture and everything we only could need! The best impression was from a big terrace where we liked spending evenings admiring the Alps and sunsets. The cleanness of the room was ideal! As for breakfast and dinner they were more than great! At breakfast you can find a wide choice of local food, jam, honey, pastries, yogurt, eggs, and we were offered delicious tea and coffee. Each dinner was a performance! The staff let us have a look at the menu in the morning to choose dishes we prefer to be cooked for us - but it was so difficult to choose, because all the dishes were so tasty and the service was amazing. Manfred the chef and the team, we were very impressed, thanks a lot! We always think that it's so great to travel and open new places, but the most important for us are people. That's why our stay at Hotel Rinner couldn't be so nice without Karin! She is so kind, friendly and helpful! Karin speaks English and she always helped us with all our questions with her nice smile! We appreciate it a lot. Dear Karin, thank you very much!

We stayed at a couple of places during a recent visit to the beautiful Renon area, and when we come back it is Hotel Rinner we will be returning to. Our room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean, and we had a lovely sunset view from the balcony. The set dinner menu was very pleasant, and the local wine recommendations perfect. Having its own stop on the Rittner Bahn/Trenino del Reno meant it was easy to get to from the cable car, and a perfect base for exploring the plateau. It was also ideally situated for several local walks (with the rooftop spa and sauna luxurious post-walk treats). Most importantly, the warmth and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. The reason we had to stay in a couple of different hotels was an error by a third party booking service, a glitch we didn't discover until arrival. The Rinner family went out of their way to help us despite a very busy weekend, and ensure our stay with them was as pleasant as possible. The other place we stayed was considerably more expensive, but the room wasn't as nice, and while it was accommodating, the hotel didn't have quite the same warm, welcoming atmosphere as Hotel Rinner.

We spent 3 weeks in this fabulous Family run hotel. Great buffet breakfasts and to-die for 5 course dinners! Very friendly family and excellent service, beautiful rooms--ours had an entire wall of glass overlooking the Dolomites. Short gondola ride down to the city of Bolzano and hundreds of miles of easily accessible miles of hiking trails!

We have visited this property for three nights. The hotel is very clean, the family who owns this place are super friendly and the restaurant food is extremely delicious. Our children enjoyed it too because the hotel is very child friendly and they also loved to play in the games room and the outdoor play area. We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends.
