The hotel is located in the countryside, a few km from Fiè, wanting to reach for free by bus and is a base for beautiful walks.... to the 7 lakes....
The pool is large and warm, in a lawn, with deck chairs, but not wipes.
The small sauna is open by reservation, if the owner does not forget😘
The rooms with terrace overlooking the Sciliar mountains are large, but in the bathroom the shower is with curtain in the bath; to change the elevator, noisy!!
From pension the restaurant: breakfast little choice sweet, croissants only on Sunday..... so dinner with set menu and canteen type service.... all the first, finished, come out the second..... water at 4.50 €....
Nice girls in the room.

The structure is a little out of the way, a few minutes by car from the center of Fiè but in any case there is a bus stop just outside (which takes you right to the Siusi cable car system).
Very kind and helpful owners, large and well-kept common areas, there is even a large room with games for children.
In our case we had chosen an apartment, clean and spacious, perhaps to be stocked with a few more dishes.
The only flaw is the catering, which is average and especially the breakfast... little choice and no fresh food, a shame in these parts.

Gone through lidlviaggi. Hotel with dated rooms and bathroom not great. Really good cuisine but little varies especially in the morning at breakfast. Large spaces and convenient parking. Nice helpful and competent young manager and waitresses. I would have given even more but you can't charge tap water at that price

I booked in early April after numerous communications via email and phone calls to make sure I was assigned a room with wooden floor and not carpet. After reassurances from the owner that the room assigned to me had the characteristics I requested, I confirm the Reservation. Upon my arrival I discover that:
- the room has a carpeted floor and not wooden;
- the bathroom, indicated with bidet, is instead without it, and also has no suction system, necessary for the absence of windows.
I then address the owner pointing out the error, and the Response is that, due to her oversight, I was assigned a room that did not comply with my request, and that there are no other rooms available to make a change.
In an unkind and hasty way he asks me if I still intend to stay, which I do because of the presence of friends in the same structure and despite my irritation at the unprofessional behavior.
The other aspects are equally disappointing:
- breakfast served only from 8.00 am and rather scarce in terms of variety (for example, croissants present only on Sundays);
- dinner (which I did not use, however) served strictly at 7 pm and with 3 courses (a first course, a second course and a dessert) with no choice;
- unwelcoming room in need of restyling for somewhat dated furniture;
- absence of empathy and availability on the part of the managers as opposed to the very kind waiting staff.
Too bad because for location and presence of a beautiful garden could be a very pleasant structure.

Hotel immersed in a flowered and large garden, elegant in the furnishings of the internal rooms, the room although with spectacular views of the Sciliar, is noisy night and day because of the nearby street, and with a very warm and oppressive internal temperature (perhaps because of the carpet or the roof above?) room and bathroom appear dated. Breakfast does not have variety and imagination of desserts excluding the same torcolo represented daily, good and well-kept dinner, controlled in quantities, No feedback as evidenced in some reviews, a pleasant and friendly welcome, the staff is kind but detached, and cold. It is not advantageous and appreciable hotel in terms of costs.

We stayed 4 days in the week of August. Very nice hotel, slightly “ancient” but as I like it.
Clean really and very nicely decorated.
Pool outside large and clean.
We had the Half Inn option.
Breakfast not very variable especially regarding the
Sweet. You could do a little better, great dinner, really eaten well every night!
The manager of extreme kindness.
The girls in the room very cute, non-invasive.
The breakfast time could be brought forward even if only for 7.30.
All in all we had a great time, clean and quiet room, sometimes a little warm but at night we kept the shutter slightly open and slept very well.
For a 3 star it is great.
Extra bottled water 4.50€ maybe a little bit.

Everything excellent! Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Very good breakfast, fresh and varied products. Pleasant and well maintained sauna. Convenient location between Siusi and Fiè, a few minutes from the chairlift to the Alpe di Siusi. I will definitely go back :)

We were delighted with our stay at Perwanger.
It was a different experience than your usual hotel.
After asking the staff, we learned that the Perwanger family have run hotels for generations. This was clear to us in the service and smiles they provided. All staff we spoke to were wonderful and helpful.
We felt very welcome from when we checked in until we left. We got help on all our questions regarding hiking trails and stores etc.
we really liked the food as well( which was served every day at 7 pm punctual) and they were able to cater for children and also for gluten free options, which was necessary for one of us. 4 -5 course meal was around 28 euro for grown ups and 17 euro for children.
Drinks were reasonably priced in the bar as well.
Pool was nice, but I would recommend they get a new net for the table tennis.
Plenty of trails for hiking and for biking.
Christian and his wife can assist on tips.
Also a public transport tickets was were in price, which was very practical. We went in to Bolzano one afternoon for sightseeing and dinner and the exciting bus trip took about 30 min.
We had an apartment for 4 people. The fold out bed couch though was not comfortable. It would be good enough for small children but not big enough or soft enough for bigger kids in their teens.
I would recommend Perwanger to upgrade these fold out beds to make more comfortable.
We used the kitchenette to make some lunches and dinners during our stay for 4 nights. That worked well. ( No oven though)
Could have easily stayed another night to do more hiking. We really relaxed here.

Unfortunately a little too close to the road if u have a room at the front of the hotel. A room overlooking the pool would be quieter.
The rooms are clean enough and size is reasonable. The hotel itself could do with some renovation or at least some newer furniture.
For trekking, the Hotel is well situated. You can start a number of treks directly from the , while the Seiser Alm lift is only a Fee minutes by car.
Unfortunately, we had half board and really for this reason alone we would not recommend the hotel. The quality of the food was not good and the presentation dreadful, platters were delivered to the table and u had to serve yourself. Generally speaking the food was not hot.
If they would improve the Food and beverage standard then I would possibly consider boing back
