The facilities are top class and resemble a 5 star hotel rather than a campsite, and we enjoyed the private bathroom as...

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. If you do not have your own tent, know that they do have a basic cabin with electricity, but it is just a triangular shaped...

Spent two nights here and would have liked to stay longer. The facilities have got to be the best you will ever find at a campsite, better than most hotels. The view from the campsite is amazing and equally good from the restaurant, I can see why it is a busy restaurant. Only minor downside is the tent pitches are...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Stay at a 4-star campsite in beautiful surroundings in Fie allo Sciliar/Vols am Schlern at the foot of Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm, the largest high alp in Europe, in the middle of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage site. "Extraordinarily beautiful surroundings": This is what ADAC campsite guide had to say about our facilities. At every time of the year, Camping Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm, located on an altitude of 950 m above sea level, is the perfect base for vacations in the Dolomites. The imposing Sciliar/Schlern mountain range, the symbol of South Tyrol, is in touching distance, as well as the Laghetto di Fie/Volser Weiher bathing lake, the Castelrotto/Kastelruth golf course, and of course the magnificent Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm resort, which is perfect for hiking and cycling in summer and for activities such as Alpine skiing, snow shoe hiking and tobogganing in winter. ... more   less
