We’ve just returned from a week’s stay at the Gelina Village. 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 14. First impressions when we pulled up were good. Nice and clean and well-kept surroundings. Reception area large and tidy but air con not good. Check in was “interesting”. We didn’t have a room on arrival as the hotel had over...

No WIFI, ants in room, got locked in the toilet and exited tough window. The manger is idiot. When you complain to him he just smiles to you and replies "I know". The facilities are old and outdated. Beach is dirty and full of sea grass.

Spent a day at The Gelina Village. The staff at the water park are rude. They treat children like cattle. Very ignorant, limited English terrible. The set up there is nice they also have a mini zoo but very unorganised and parts of the gardens have been neglected. Definitely the worse all inclusive buffet i have ever seen. Very poor...

We booked this hotel and double checked the day before arrival that we definitely had a room. On arrival we were told we couldn't stay there as they were overbooked and would have to move for the duration of our trip, 11 nights. Just for information for previous review, the animation team have not worked since 3 August as they...

We spent a week at the Gelina resort from 7\8\15 to 14\8\15. Now to start with the hotel is located on a beautiful resort, sheltered by the surrounding mountains. But I'm afraid that's as good as it gets! We were worried after reading the reviews on here but it seemed to be 50/50 so thought we'd give it a go....

We were in this complex this June, in general I can't say it's bad hotel complex but also it is not a five stars complex as it was presented to us by travel agency. There are lot of pools which you can use and I have to say they are really beautiful. Beach is small but it was not so...
