Arrived in the evening to be told the hotel was overbooked ( this appeared to be the case every day of our stay for other guests). Sent to an inferior hotel down the road, could not get a drink at the bar because it closed at 23hrs. Food was very poor quality and cold, the staff appeared to be very...

We booked up all inclusive with teletext holidays expecting a 5* hotel/ complex with water park. First impressions when transfer dropped us off was wow ! One day into our holiday , no water park open , food absolutely inedible and covered with flies . Drinks only available if your willing to walk a good distance to the Penelope bar...

Pro's: The grounds are absolutely beautiful, each swimming pool was clean and very well kept, the beach was very nice and most of the staff were helpful. The cleaners were hard working and very friendly. The room was nice with a lovely balcony onto the gardens. Can't fault the resort for the pools/grounds, beach and rooms. Cons: The food was diabolical!...

I read the reviews on here before I arrived and personally I was absolutely dreading my holiday. Arrived 12th October, greeted by a very pleasant lady on reception who swiftly checked us in and sent us on our way to our room. We had a one bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. Couldn't really fault the room (slight bit of...

We arrived Thursday at night to be told that the hotel was overbooked and we had to stay at another hotel until Saturday. We had to wait for transport and then were taken about a mile up the road to a boutique hotel called Lena Mare ( I would recommend this hotel. Beautifully clean, lovely staff, lovely surroundings, we wanted...

We just got bk from the Gelina on the 19th Oct and wanted to leave a review to let people know that it's really not that bad! Unless we were just very lucky! So arrived at 4ish, missed dinner so some sandwiches and cake were left out for us, however the flies were tucking into it so gave it a...

The price was fantastic, almost too good to be true. Unfortunately, that's how it turned out as well. The only gripe that I really have was that there was no evening entertainment and the waterpark had already closed for the season. This wouldn't have been a problem but we booked the holiday believing that the hotel was in full flow....

When we arrived, informed they had overbooked, us and thirty other families over two days. Put in another hotel for two nights, promised a good room on Saturday by manager, if the room we were given was good, would not like to see a bad one. The toilet did not flush no towels or bath mat, no shower bracket, sitting...
