Spotless room, comfy beds, kettle with tea available in the room, beautiful sea view from the room and for breakfast, great hosts! The only downside is there is no ramp for luggage in case you travel heavy. But would stay there again for sure!

This place is absolutely beautiful. Family run, so clean and serene. Own beach area with top quality sunbeds and parasols. The family are relaxed by very professional, cannot do enough to help you. The rooms were on smallish side but well equipped everything working and spotkess. good AC & WiFi included in price. Highly recommended

We stayed here in June and we loved it so much we rebooked it for September. Yet again we wasn’t disappointed, the family and staff are amazing and so so helpful. Home cooked food is so tasty and filling and the beach is to die for. We normally visit a place only once but having booked twice we are definitely booking again for June next year. What a place and What a family.

Very nice and neat family run pension - apartments not far away from Split. Very friendly staff, food was great (especially home-cooked dinners). Beach is very nice and clean with a lot of deck chair, which are free if you are guest of pension, and they serve drinks and ice cream at a beach also. Not giving them 5 stars because of the fact we were not staying in the same rooms as they are advertising it on Booking and their site, apparently the top floor still hasn't been renovated and there are 3 or 4 "old rooms". They are clean and nice but they should mention that on our enquiry. And also they should put some mini fridges in the rooms. Otherwise, we had very nice time spending there and will be returning.

My 10 year son was feeling fainting so we thought we would take him down by Martin,s apartments with the soaring temperatures. He needed water and shelter from the heat .When my family went to ask for a drink for my son we where told this PRIVATE by a rude owner and just told to get off the property Thankful we have never booked this property and after this rude owner/staff I never will This is our 3rd time in Podstrana and every hotel, restaurant and local shop can’t enough for you to make your holiday enjoyable and hassle free I would recommend Podstrana just not Martin apartment

Dear John, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We always appreciate both positive as well as negative constructive feedback as this help us to give our guests an even better experience. You weren't guest of pansion Martin so your review is not constructive but we accept your criticism and give you explane for past situation. I'm really sorry, and on other side surprised to hear that you found us to be rude and non-cooperative, as this is not the normal feedback we receive on, as you will see in the other Trip Advisor and other chanel reviews. We are not hotel, restaurant and bar. Pansion Martin is pansion. It is a type of accommodation where only guest of pansion can be served. We are not allowed to served a guests out of pansion.  I guarantee if you come to pansion Martin and ask for glass of water for your child you will get a tons of water for free. We have never been rude to anyone and we have never told anyone to get off the property. We always explane on nice way that this is a private accommodation and only for guest of pansion and that we are not allowed to sell a drinks to other guests.  On the beach there are a beach chairs for rent and all guest who rent a chairs get bottle of water for free. I really don't know where happend a problem and I'm really sorry for misunderstanding. All guests are welcome to our property and anyone can come to take a glass of water for free. I guarantee for that. Thank you for understanding.  Kind regards Martina Mikulicic Owner of Pansion Martin

We stayed here for 3 nights after arriving at Split. We arrived in the dark after our plane was delayed by thunderstorms and woke up in heaven! Everything about this place is great: staff, food, views, rooms, beach and so on. Particularly impressed by the food and the family who run the hotel are so friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended by all the members of our family

My husband and I stayed at Pansion Martin for 5 nights. The stay was wonderful. Excellent hosts who went out if their way to help us, they printed off a voucher for us to use on a trip. Excellent location, a short bus journey or uber ride into split, but there are plenty resturants and bars nearby to spend a relaxing evening. Excellent breckfast every morning. Martina makes delicious cocktails. We would definately recommend staying at this hotel. Reasonable prices with 6 dtar treatment. We will be back next time we come to Croatia.

We have just come back from this beautiful place with the most perfect family run hotel. The hotel was great with it’s own private beach with sun loungers and the beach is simply stunning with clear waters and extremely clean. The whole family was so kind and so helpful that we came away feeling a part of the family. The mothers home cook food is delicious and plentiful, the grandfather makes the best wine which we had every night. Snacks and breakfast was also great. The daughter and son was extremely helpful and was impressed with how well they helped run the place. We also booked trips through the hotel which was fantastic, highly recommend you do this because the knowledge off the locals was great. We have booked to go back in September this year because we loved this place so much. This is the first holiday place that we have wanted to revisit and that says a lot for myself and my husband. Thank you all at Pansion Martin and we wish you continue success and thanks to all the other staff for cleaning our room for us.

Been there for 2 days, tasty breakfast, good location, clean modern rooms, minus that we had room in first place and it was quite dark, and looked small, would be very good in second or third floor, very close to beach, 2 meters, very nice spritz coctails:)
