This hotel his right next to the Grey Glacier hiking trail and right in front of the lake. The food we had for supper and breakfast was very good and service at restaurant was perfect. View from the bar and the room was terrific. The staff was very nice But, our room was very dirty, hairs and dust everywhere, carpet...

For being in the middle of nowhere this was a decent hotel. The first room we were given had a hot water issue so we were moved to another room. The second room had three twin beds and had space for our two large suitcases. The rooms were rustic but comfortable. The bathrooms served their purpose but were a bit...

We were in the hotel in September, the cold season. The heating was not working well. No hot water. Staff did not dealt with it until the morning. In the morning they moved us to another room. Excellent room with lake view. No extra cost. We suffered one night, the second night we were almost in heaven. Great room with...

Had an amazing stay there on Nov 2012, special thanks to the young guide Santiago and to the travel agent Karen. Tips: - It is mandatory to stay in one of the superior rooms (800 or 900). Otherwise your experience won´t be complete. I am a budget traveler and I never stay in a room better than the standard one,...

We stayed here after the W trek before kayaking down Serano as a treat to ourselves to break up a lot of hiking. The location and the views are stunning. The evening walk to the glaciers and Lago Grey is mindblowing. There are also short treks one can do to the top of the cliffs, where condors nest. Rooms are...

Hotel location (once you eventually get there) is fantastic right on the water edge. Rooms in the new section are modern and bright with wonderful views over the lake and the floating icebergs that come off the gray glacier. Service is so terrible however that it makes the stay unpleasant. Not a single porter to help with bags from (or...

This hotel is on the middle of the park right on Grey Lake with stunning views out of the large plate glass windows of the room. (Lake front of coarse). The ever changing glacier with icebergs that float by. The restaurant is on premise with limited choices and a fixed price, but the food is good. They offer a lot...

We stayed in this Hosteria by default one night as the only way we could arrange to do the boat tour of the glacier and then make our bus reservation the next day. The hotel itself is worn, a relic from an earlier time (its denomination among Chilean hotels downgraded from 'hotel' to 'hosteria'). Rooms cost $300 and up, and...

This hotel has the most amazing views from some of their rooms. You see icebergs and snow covered mountains while you lay on your bed or take a shower! The food in the restaurant is mediocre but the location is spectacular! If you are staying there, make a point to take a walk along the lake and then around the...
