A beautiful hotel but takes advantage of the fact there are so few in the national park. The food was extremely expensive. And then they add 10% service charge AND expect a tip. For example a cup of coffee was £5.00 before these add ons. Breakfast was very good but a bit slow on topping up coffee and water. However...

Situated within the National Park, my wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. We had a comfortable, albeit quite small, Cipres Mountain View Room which was sparsely furnished and had no seating area, although it did have a small, separate dressing area with storage space with en-suite bathroom off of this. We found the restaurant meals to be of...

Our 3 day stay here was beautiful & relaxing. We could be as active as we wanted or as relaxed as we wanted. Plenty of walks, hikes, horse rides....whatever took your fancy.was definitely worth the stay!

The Hotel was once an Estancia now converted into a large hotel servicing the trekking industry around the national park. Although large, the hotel is very friendly and the reception staff extremely helpful. There are lovely relaxing areas in the passages outside the bedrooms overlooking the mountains or the gardens. No TV ( a big plus). The restaurant food and...

The remote location with gourmet food, great rooms, wonderful service, all food, beverages and excursions included makes this a place that I want to go back to. We took the Full Day Paine tour (which we booked in advance) and I highly recommend it. The tours by horseback were full, but we enjoyed the simplicity of the "archeological" tour. It...

We stayed for three nights on the all -inclusive package. The location of the hotel is simply stunning . The design and layout is excellent with several areas for relaxing after the day's activities. We spent two days with the same guide - Benjamin who was simply brilliant. His language skills were excellent , and he had a great knowledge...

We had the all inclusive package and found that while some of the excursions were good we were advised to walk the 20 kms round trip to the base of the the Torres lookout. We didn't make the last kilometre as we are late sixties/ early seventies and my husband has bad knees. I think they recommend what is available...

We stayed here for 5 nights and found the hotel to be very well placed for trekking on the 'W' which we did easily without the guide from the hotel. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are very friendly. We booked the 3 hour horse riding excursion which was curtailed by weather conditions. We were surprised and disappointed that...

Wonderful place, great guides on fabulous excursions. We were so lucky with the weather but would still have enjoyed it without the sun. The Full Paine tour with zodiac trip down the river to the Pacific fjords and claviers was amazing

I had an all inclusive stay here. Super location and great food. Customer service folks TRIED to be helpful but many didn't speak english very well and many gave wrong advice. For example, they said I as a US citizen had to pay reciprocity fee going into Argentina. BUT that fee was revoked months ago. AND excursions were hit or...
