Our arrival had a bittersweet taste, no one showed us to the room or offered to take our luggage which I expect at this price range. The room itself was nice but lacks a TV. On the positive, the bar as well as the restaurant are fantastic and that includes the staff there. Bottomline, next time I'd rather spend the...

I booked this at the last minute to tag on to a business trip. I was expecting a backpacker type hostel, but the whole place was wonderful. I was in a superior room; very nice room and bathroom; good hot showers (essential after hiking/riding all day). There are no tvs or wifi in the rooms, you have to go to...

This is a dramatic and beautiful site that amply repays the time and effort required to visit. And it can be seen from many different vantage points within the park as well as from ranches outside the park. One word of caution: the pictures one sees invariably display a beautiful sunny day, but the typical weather in this part of...

Dear RJblaw, Thank you very much for taking your time to leave a comment here on TripAdvisor. I agree with you that the weather is very unpredictable, even in summer. Sometimes you can even experience the four seasons within just a couple of hours. But, and this I would like to point out, there are also many many sunny and...

Loved me some Los Torres, but after 4 nights in awful refugios, I would have enjoyed Motel 6. The good vibe started when my dirty-hiking self showed up a day early to store some luggage. The front desk staff was so cheerful and welcoming. The location is perfect for a hike to the Torres and the hotel is (mostly) worth...

STayed at Hotel Las Torres for 4 nights with my teenage children. Had thought it was very expensive but it was worth every penny. A fabulous experience. More to do than you can imagine and terrific guides.

Awesome location at the foot of the mountains. Seamless check-in. the rooms are mid-sized and the bathroom well appointed. WiFi is only available in the restaurants and common areas. There is a safety deposit box in the room. The breakfast is excellent. We eat at the bar and the food was ok - not stunning. Did not feel like a...

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Las Torres for 6 nights/5 full days. The location is unbeatable - in the Torres del Paine park with incredible views and a quick walk to several hiking trails. The staff at the hotel is incredibly welcoming, especially Maxi and Frederico at the hotel's bar and casual restaurant. We stayed in the...

I first stayed at Hosteria Los Torres in Feb 2010, then again in Jan 2015, and now again in Dec 2016. It is probably good that they changed the name to Hotel Los Torres (HLT) as the words hosteria or hostal can have a negative connotation to some people. I reviewed HLT the first time but not the second, so...
