For those of you planning your Patagonian vacation/adventure you may think you are in over your head: the cost of a hotel in the Torres del Paine National Park, the logistics of the transportation, the worry of unpleasant weather, etc. I know I certainly did! We travelled as a couple in December 2016 throughout Chile and Argentina and stayed at...

We stayed at the hotel for two nights in early January, 2017. The hotel is really nice and the location itself even better. I never tired of looking at the Cuernos del Paine, while at the hotel, either from our bedroom or from the lobby. The hotel is nice, well run and well organized. Food and service at the dining...

Location and view of the mountains are outstanding. Service is very friendly and helpful. Buffet style meals were marginal at best but convenient after long days in the park. Would strongly recommend booking activities/excursions in advance of the trip as we found many of them sold out upon our arrival.

Let me start saying that I gave it 3 stars just because I thought it was a little pricy for what it was. I get that it's located in the National Park, but I didn't think it was anything fancy or unique. The rooms (at least mine) was actually quite small. The staff was rally friendly, and you can book...

Our room on the third floor had a magnificient view of the peaks of Torres del Paine. It was the most comfortable stay in our tour of Chile over a 3 week period. The room was big, modern, clean and bright. The hotel offers nightly dinner buffets but for those who do not wish to have too much are given...

As they say in real estate: location, location, location. The hotel in itself is fairly large, with big spaces, and a very rich breakfast; rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is helpful. However, its big asset is where it is: right in front of the Torres del Paine mountain ridge, of which you have an unobstructed view in...

We stayed at the Rio Serrano Hotel when we visited Torres del Paine National Park. This hotel is very new; the rooms are oversize and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were very good with a variety of meat dishes, fish, vegetables, including some very unique appetizers and desserts! We stayed in a room on the second floor with the window...

This hotel, just outside the Park, was too big for our liking but seemed perfect for large groups with its long refractory - type tables. Though there are small tables in the large resteraunt it still felt noisy & overwhelming. Rooms are comfortable, large & we had a picture window with a panoramic view of the mountains which was the...

Very nice hotel But you need a car because the transportation services are super expensive. The facility is nice and the staff very helpful. The massage was very good exactly what you need after after a walk.
