+ Nice big rooms (choose with view! That s why you stay in the park), good beds. Good breakfast. Beautifull lounge area to have a drink and enjoy the view (if there is any! We had no luck...rain..) - Wifi only in the lobby/lounge area, not in the room. Dinner is a buffet for 40 usd, no a la carte..... More

The room itself was nice and looked recently renovated and the hotel is in a prime location. You wake up each morning to a view of the mountains and the staff are very friendly. I would recommend anyone looking to stay in the Torres del Paine park to stay here.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay during your travels in Patagonia, then don't go past this friendly hotel with magnificent views of the Torres del Paine National Park. The staff are fabulous; the extended evening buffet is so welcoming and appreciated after a busy day exploring the extraordinary scenery that is Chilean Patagonia. We have such special... More

This was my 2nd trip to Torres del Paine. My first visit was the W-Trek involving stays at refugios and ecocamp years ago. Loved that and wanted to bring my partner to the park. We booked late and all the W-Trek options were full. Was happy to “upscale” to this hotel which I was surprised to find, and just outside... More

Stayed in this wonderful hotel for two nights when traveling with Overseas Adventure Travel. Food was outstanding but the hotel needs to organize the system for people to get their food a the buffets. Sometimes there was total confusion with groups meeting other groups in the middle. Room was on second floor and we had a view of the horse... More

We had a superior room on the second floor, looking towards the Torres del Paine National Park (see photo). Great view out and no-one looking in, unlike ground floor rooms where view wasn't so good but folks walking out that side of the hotel could look in. Extensive buffet dinner was great on starters and desserts, but somewhat limited on... More

We stayed at the Las Pampas lodge but I think this might be a better bet. Larger than Pampas but at least you have power all day and the view looks the same!! We had dinner there and the spread was grand! Fish and pork .. Nice appetizers and a great selection of dessert if that's your thing .. It's... More

I stayed there for 3 nights with my 2 teenagers. You stay in this hotel for the view! make sure you have a room on the side of Torres del Paine. The food is pretty average but again you don't have much choice except to go to the other hotel nearby (forgot the name ) where the food is the... More

This hotel was very nice, the room was large and clean. The lobby is very large with floor to tall ceiling windows that let you feel like you're outside. There is a good bar and you can order bar food snacks there. The large dining room is buffet style and has exceptional food. The fresh seafood and local dishes are... More

My wife and I spent one night at the hotel while we were exploring the Torres area. The hotel has a good location to view the mountains from a distance. It is pretty much a resort hotel with the standard very polite but impersonal staff. We did appreciate the advice and efforts of the guy in the tour office who... More
