Every room has a view of the Paine Massif and one never got tried of looking at it! The hotel was modern but had a relaxed family atmosphere. The staff were very helpful. The location close to the park entrance was also good and the tours offered in our package were great. We opted for a fabulous tour of the...

The view of the Paine Massif is fantastic, the service at the hotel was even better!!! A family run hotel where the service was above and beyond, from Outdoor Adventures run by Matias and friendly owners Jaime and Maria to Sebastian and his staff. In our opinion the best hotel stay in Chile by far!! Ask for a room with...

Three of us came to this hotel during off season in April and were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. We were upgraded to a third floor room which had a stunning view of the peaks. Meals were the best that we had in Patagonia and the staff was accommodating. The hotel offers guided trip through the Torre...

What I Liked: Location is great because the hotel is situated just outside the TdP entrance. This is probably as close as you can get to the park without paying the exorbitant prices for accommodation within the park boundaries. Don't get me wrong - the rooms here are not at all budget-friendly, but it beats driving in from Puerto Natales...

All other reviewers were right. The view of Paine Grande you see from this hotel is unarguably magnificent and breath-taking. However, I was not all the impressed with the buffet food they provided. The dinner hall is really big. We saw several tour groups in and out of there in our 3 days of stay. Here are my few tips:...

It was tough to come here after spending the previous few days at Camp Patagonia, which is in a completely different class. That said, this hotel is conveniently located to hike directly from the hotel and the views here are unbelievable. The rooms are fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. The restaurant is also relatively limited, though the bar area...

This hotel is well positioned on the edge of the park with good views of TdP. The rooms are good size, modern, and the bathrooms are wonderfully warm to relax after a day's hiking. Excellent food in the buffet restaurant for both dinner and breakfast - great choices and abundant. The staff were very helpful and service prompt. The overall...

This hotel is just outside the park at the confluence of the Rio Serrano and Rio Grey. Lodge like accommodations. Great bed and linens. Fantastic breakfast. Just a short drive to the wonders of the park. Multi-lingual staff.
