I have stayed in many hotels being a frequent traveller. And this hotel has earned the rank as one of the worst I have ever stayed in before. Stepping on a dead cockroach which floated itself to under my feet while I was showering was a first for me. Rooms are uncared for obviously and you can find cobwebs in...

The staff are very friendly and quick acting. I complained about the leaky shower head in the bathroom before I left for work in the morning. When I got back in the evening, a brand new shower head was already fixed.in the bathroom. The welcome drink and bananas were at the counter everyday for us to take.Feel comfort , thank...

Sometime in June, I stayed in Novo Park for a business trip in Batu Pahat. Pretty last minute, and the rest of the hotels were fully booked and I was left with no other choice but this. First impression, from the outer look, I had already told myself not to expect much from this. On that day I checked in,...

One of the cheapest hotels in Batu Pahat, I guess you can't expect much from it. However I like the location as it is very near to the town. Mosth things about the hotel are acceptable and moderate. It is really an old building with just a fresh coat of paint for the outer part of the hotel. Breakfast is...

Bad service. There is no concierge service and we need to carry number of it’s by our self. Worst part is big holes in blanket & iron board. Looks nice from outside and lobby. RM158 / night for standard room. Expensive for the room quality and service.! This will be last place in the world to stay.

-the room has a very gloomy looks. -toilet with bathtub. - space wise is ok for 1 pax. . -not for family oriented. -parking is free & sufficient. -rates from as low as RM55 so dont expect anything fancy & glittery.

The saying "Don't judge the book by its cover" is aptly appeared here. What seem to be a nice, modern, chic hotel from a distance, with its new coat of paint in red and white turned out to be a worn, tired hotel in the inside. Even the lobby was reasonably well decorated, albeit little bit old fashioned, but it...
