We (me and my 10-year-old son) arrived on May 17th and spent 10 wonderful days in the hotel. This is our second stay in Pefkohori and the first time in this beautiful and quiet hotel (although it was fully booked).
We were greeted very warmly and were allowed to go to our room straight away. We didn't lack anything. Everything was taken care of. Our room was on the 2nd floor. In my opinion, the room and bathroom are sufficient for a family with one child. On the terrace there was a large table for 4 people, where we enjoyed our breakfast, but also had a lovely afternoon after the beach thanks to the awning.
There were fresh towels and room cleaning every 2 days. The room was spotlessly clean every time!
The kitchenette was fully equipped (kettle, hotplate, dishes and cutlery).
I can only recommend the facility. The location of Kapsohora Inn is perfect: 100m to the beach and 100m into town - shopping facilities.
The only drawback was the slow WiFi connection, which was often missing after 5 p.m.
We will definitely come back :-)

We stayed at Kassandra for 4 nights with 1 child and 1 baby. The hotel is located very close to beaches, the sea, restaurants and markets. If you are considering staying in one area on the island, it is in a good location. Breakfast service was critical for us and there are 3 types of breakfast alternatives. The breakfast was very delicious and satisfying. The lady who prepared the meals was also very polite and caring. The rooms are a little old and since we were using a baby stroller, we were on the ground floor, so the room was a little dark. Since the parking space is limited, you may need to park where you find it on the street, but the hotel official is trying to help in this regard.

We went to the Pacific Cafe during our trip to Pefkohori and it was a wonderful gem to find! Lovely peaceful location if you want a break from the loud busy areas near the beach. The food and drinks were delicious, especially the Caesar salad and chicken gyros. Beautiful cafe and very friendly service! We went here 3 times during our trip and wished we discovered it sooner! Highly recommend.

The best hotel in Greece that I have ever visited and I am always happy to return to because of the hospitable hosts and the excellent food. Large dog pets where not only you but also your pet can enjoy and feel honored. It is a great pleasure that I discovered and came to this place for the second time, and I will definitely come back for the third time.

It is a great hotel with spacious rooms and large balconies overlooking the beautiful garden. It is located near the sea and the boulevard, and yet very quiet. The owner Christos and his team make you feel more than welcome. We had a wonderful holiday here!!

The best hotel at beach front in Kep. Nice rooms with a view to the sea. Comfortable breakfast place and a clean swimming pool nearby. From this place we could walk to the Crab Market and other Restaurants.

Kapsohora Inn is a horrible place and the owner is dishonest and not a professional. This was our second stay at Kapsohora. The first one, 4 years ago left us with good memories. The second visit was a terrible, horrible disappointment. We did not get the room we booked. The owner did not inform us of this prior to our visit. He dumped us in a low basement room with a six month old baby. When we asked to be transferred to the room we reserved, he lied the entire time: it is not available, the guest do not want to switch rooms, etc.! But then new gusts arrived, and he gave the room to them and not to us. There was no hot water, so we could not bathe the baby. Other guests confirmed that they also had no hot water and other babies were also not washed... The toilet was not cleaned properly for surely over a month. When we arrived it smelled of urine, there were hairs everywhere from previous guests, the tiles had leftovers from toothpaste, black and green stuff (!), the shower curtain was with mildew all over, filthy. The floor in the room was very filthy, the entire room smelled of mildew, and the baby developed a cough. After two nights we had enough and decided to leave. The owner wanted to charge us for 5 nights, yelled at us the entire time, even threatened to call the police as we refused to pay for the additional nights. We ended up overpaying for the room 14 EUR/night higher than the agreed sum, but we only paid for the two nights. He never apologized for not providing us with the room we reserved, or for the inconvenience of not having hot water. He destroying our vacation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We stayed there for 7 nights. The location is perfect and the room was very clean. The owner Kristo tries to do his best. He is obviously very hard working and has good intentions. He is always eager and kind to help. If you book this place, I have just two points: breakfast and the location of the room. If you are a breakfast person breakfast is a no-no! Breakfast is served in the room (Kristo brings it to your room- 1st visit the plates then the 2nd visit the coffee which kinda kills your privacy right in the morning) and the plates, every day the same... I advise you shouldn't book a room with breakfast as the rooms have kitchenettes and there are 2 nice supermarkets nearby. And it would be nice if they had kettles for coffee in the room. Our balcony faced the reception which we didn't like at all. You should ask for the upper floors. Still, Kristo is a nice person but should improve his service as he has such good attitude...
