The hotel is immaculately maintained and is in a great location. It is situated right on the water with a marina in front. It's not right in Tobermory it's a short drive away. The grounds are pretty with flowers, rocks and trees. There is lounge chairs by the water and two charcoal barbecues with a picnic table by the marina....

The title summs up our experience. The location was stunning and could not have been better to access all that town has to offer: kayaking, swimming, restaurants, boat tours etc. The lady at reception gave us really great tips on how to best visit the parks to avoid line ups and save money. Was super friendly on the phone when...

First let me say this is probably the best place to stay in Tobermory. It is on the lake, it is clean and well maintained ( except for one thing, I will mention later) the staff are all friendly and helpful, the location is really quiet and away from the noise of the town but still close enough to get...

Definitely request a room on the second floor. We stayed on the first floor and it sounded like a heard of elephants over our room. Paid $183 for a nite ....there was no A/C and no telephone in the room to call the front desk or hair dyer provided. No ice machine but they do sell it by the bag....

Spent 2 nights at the Big Tub Harbour Resort. The staff was super friendly and provided us with information on things to do around Tobermory. Rooms were simple. Nothing fancy but just what we needed. Having the restaurant on site was convenient. A band plays on Sat. Nights and we enjoyed a nice evening listening to music. Will definitely return...

Amazing stay at Big Tub! The rooms were clean. The place was beautiful and you can relax by the quiet big tub harbour. You can eat at the Bootleggers restaurant on site and enjoy a wonderful view! The staff were very friendly and hospitable! A lovely place for the entire family! You can also rent canoes and kayaks on site...

don't get caught by the word "resort", it is an average motel, rooms are clean but has limited amnesties, poor sound proofing (if you are at lower level be prepared for a night full of peoples stepping and hoping above your head), AC is not available (though you might not need it depend on weather), the Free WiFI is kind...

This resort is the most well situated hotel in Tobermory. The grounds are very well maintained and private; away from the hustle of the main business area yet a very short drive or leisurely walk. The restaurant has good food and drinks, with a patio overlooking the picturesque harbour. The resort offers kayak/canoe/paddle board rentals for about $20 an hour...

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. On a beautiful Harbour. Not too far from Tobermory. Free coffee served at office in the morning. Restaurant was good and they also have a small bar. Family owned. Owner suggested great day trips in the area. Rooms nice. Nothing fancy. Very quiet. We stayed at peak season but were lucky to get a room....

Stayed one night in the newly renovated, waterfront cabin rooms, it smelled like fresh cedar. The room was cozy, which is fine, because you wake up early anyway go do activities in town. The view was beautiful, and there were lots of seating areas on the grounds. The Bootleggers Bar was on site and worth trying if you don't want...
