This place is THE BONAFIDE SCIENTIFICALLY TESTED most pontent mineral water spa on Earth bar none.. Jamaica ranks among the world's top 3 for natural spa waters... How this resort is so overlooked and wasted is beyond me... In the hands of the right people it could make millions and put life into the stagnant community around it.... There is...

The facility is off the beaten track. The hotel is under renovation & at a glance it is not very appealing. Lunch & drinks service in the restaurant was slow although it was only our small group of 5 being served. The quality of the food was good & the servings generous. The spa experience was only okay - the...

A friend that was driving around raved about milk river and the history behind the buildings. When we arrived the place was under heavy construction. My friend told me of the dining room and the beautiful tables and chairs made from old wood and the floor of the place he claimed was made from the planks of old ships. I...

I needed some R&R and some healing and even more so after getting lost in the dark trying to find the place. What a treasure. Rustic and homely and in need of some TLC (they are busy renovating) with some exceptional staff – friendly, helpful and interesting. I made full use of the baths and the recommended 3 – 4...

First, it must be noted that during stay, the west wing was being renovated/restored and about 50% of the baths were open. It should be further noted that baths are on the ground floor rooms were on the first floor and there was no elevator so patrons with mobility issues will require assistance and should travel with someone to provide...

A stay at the spa saves money and grants you unlimited access to the pool. The spirt of the past is a constant energy in these warm flowing pools. Serveral trips will be needed to feel the real benefits, I believe.

Just spent a night there and we really liked it. I could see in it's hay day it was really something. It is in some need of work, tiles in the baths coming off, rooms could use a make over, things like that. We did feel it was great value for us being from Canada. $ 150 a night for...

The properties of this mineral water has been rated the highest in the world. I only spent half a day here but it was totally enjoyable and therapeutic. The surroundings are calm and serene and the drive to get there very scenic. There is a river across the street with crocodiles but there is a huge sign to beware so...

Of course, the mineral water at Milk River is rated the best in the world and I really find it very healing. I wish I could go there more often. We stayed there for only two nights and that was too short. As a guest in the hotel, we can take thirty minute baths at any time, but too much...
