You'll love this hotel. Very modern but built into the middle of a small medieval village in rural Spain. We reserved the Alquezarana room, which had an incredible view of the cathedral and surrounding landscape. Highly recommended if it's available! This room has 2 levels and more bells and whistles than we used in our single night stay en route...

This is a fabulous hotel! The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. We spent three days here and loved it. The breakfast was very good. Parking is a bit of a problem in town - so recommend you park in one of the general parking lots at the edge of the town and walk to the hotel to check in....

This is a truly lovely, comfortable hotel with a lot of attention to deal. Ideally situated in the centre of the pedestrianised part of Alquezar.. it's a charming place with charming staff. We will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in this most stunning medieval village - room with a stunning view! Possibly the one let down was a lack of communication from the front office staff compared to everywhere else in Spain which we visited - a language barrier was no double not helpful but felt that not a lot of effort was made. Be aware that...

Stayed here 2 nights. Very elegant hotel that feels like home at the same time. Enrique was very kind and helpful. Fantastic breakfast is worth the extra charge, not only for the quality of the food but also for the beautiful way in which it is served. We could not have been happier!

Beautiful friendly hotel with well decorated rooms. Some Ensuites are just with showers, some with jacuzzi baths. Most rooms have a balcony, perfect to admire the amazing views from. We stayed here on a walking trip. The hotel made us great packed lunches, the buffet breakfast was basic but good and the staff were really helpful. Tip- fill your jacuzzi...

Hotel Castillo was first rate all the way! What a place! If you love exploring a small hillside town that's off the beaten track with fantastic hiking, river fun, cave art and hospitality - please consider a stop in Alquezar and a few nights at Hotel Castillo! This is a historic setting with gorgeous views and hospitality. We loved it!

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel and fell in love with it and with the hill-town village of Alquezar. This was the highlight of our trip. The hotel is gorgeous and so modern. The bathrooms are extravagant with even a jacuzzi tub! We had an incredible balcony with the most gorgeous views! I would love to stay here...

My husband and I were on a road trip from Bilbao to Barcelona and stayed two nights in Alquezar. I had read good reviews about this hotel and it was truly amazing! The Alquezrana room (I booked a superior room with a view) was so beautiful with a small loft area. The best part was the balcony with the view...

A lovely small hotel in the heart of this beautiful, medieval hill town. The room was large and very well equipped and a balcony with a view to die for. Spectacular. The breakfast was a good selection of breads, meats and cheeses. Some very good restaurants close by and a small supermarket attached to the hotel. Lots of great walks...
