I stayed with my family from 20 to 27 August 2023. Let's start with the positive notes: beautiful and well-kept structure, really large, comfortable and clean swimming pool, very kind and welcoming staff. Excellent beach service and beautiful sea. The pine forest that connects the structure to the sea is beautiful. Good animation. Now let's go to the negative notes: inadequate and uncomfortable room for a family of 4 people, the only room without electrical sockets on the bedside tables (a total of 3 sockets in the room, one of which for the television), double bed with two single mattresses and a children's bed created by an uncomfortable and small sofa bed. broken toilet seat in the bathroom.
Average catering in the end you eat because there is a lot of variety but personally the STARTERS are not to my liking. The FIRST courses 9 times out of 10 all without salt and with overcooked pasta (a shame because the condiments were really tasty) save the SECOND courses for the quality of the meat and fish, truly excellent. Excellent entertainment and show thanks to Lino and Antonio who are really good, but a small flaw mainly in the Neapolitan language, which in a national and international accommodation facility can be disappointing. We still left happy, but the icing on the cake was the packed lunch that the restaurant provided us, it consisted of two sandwiches (from the day before) totally uneaten and sad (I attach photos) a peach (out of 4 peaches 2 were rotten ) and a bottle of water....if this is a greeting for customers...I think it's more of a goodbye than a goodbye.

The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are clean. The pool is nice, but swimming caps are required. The pine forest to get to the beach is very pleasant to cross. The food is good, but the restaurant is more than noisy. The only downside is that the hotel is far from everything, you have to take a taxi for €10 round trip per person without being able to choose the return time. the pool bar is not well maintained the staff are very unkempt and unprofessional. The drinks at the all-inclusive bar are more than minimalist (only beer for the midday aperitif), coffees before 9:30 a.m. are chargeable and in the evening there are a few cocktails in name only.
However, we had a pleasant stay.

All inclusive not really inclusive, it included almost nothing.

We were forced to buy most things, little choice and terrible quality.

We did the top futuro package, absolutely not recommended, top nothing. The latter, among other things, included a second row on the beach...and seeing other guests not having the same package but standing wherever they wanted without anyone telling them anything was enormously annoying.

Non-existent internet coverage, wifi was only available at the reception, nothing in the room, not even the manager.

Below is a description by sector of the fututa praya:

Structure; surrounded by greenery and well-kept

Reception; welcoming and kind.

Rooms; not very spacious with two single beds to make one double and uncomfortable, on the positive side, the terrace and the always impeccable cleanliness.

Restaurant; little choice, as far as the quality of the food is concerned, some dishes deserve others less, the same goes for the desserts.

Swimming pool and sea; the swimming pool is very large.

The beach is worth it, the management absolutely isn't.

Animation; always kind, unfortunately due to the weather they were not able to do their job to the best of their ability every day.

Conclusion: we paid the same as a 4 star, for a 4 star which is a three star.

I don't want to make comparisons, but there really is better even at a lower cost...

A little disappointed with the management, it wouldn't take much to improve everything, perhaps more supervision, in a week we have never seen a table or the bar counter cleaned, morning cleaning is not enough to keep a place where hundreds of people circulate hygienic .

It is not the cost that makes the 4 stars, but the service and quality of the structure make the price.

We finished our summer with a week spent at Futura Club La Praya and we couldn't have been more satisfied. The position of the hotel is great, to get to the sea you have to walk through a beautiful forest, which is a great way of burning the extra calories you get from their delicious food. The services provided in every part of the hotel are excellent with lovely people offering them. Everywhere you go, you can see that the place is clean and taken care of.
Grazie di cuore per questa settimana!

Second year at La Praya village. The village, the swimming pool, the pine forest, the rooms but even more so all the staff are exceptional. Perfect welcome and reception service, top catering service, entertainment that I have never met so engaging, everyone is very good, especially Laura, responsible for the children and teenagers, with a sweetness, friendliness and professionalism that are rare to find, and the manager Andrea and Gianluca are formidable, also Irene who was super took care of our rooms and our special requests, super sweet and very good and finally the fantastic Gloria from cleaning the exteriors of the village and Barbara from the shop, always affectionate and very kind to us. We will definitely see each other again.

Feeling at home and pampered on holiday is not always easy or obvious... starting from the welcome... upon arrival the girls at the reception were very kind even though we arrived two hours early they welcomed us with fresh water and in about half an hour we were settled in the rooms Excellent restaurant service, the boys and girls who work there are very professional, my mother has celiac disease and had no problems. The cleanliness of the rooms and the structure is excellent including the toilets on the beach... The stay was very pleasant, thanks also to the fantastic boys and girls of the entertainment team who made our days and evenings a concentration of fun and laughter.
Thank you

I had a lovely holiday, very nice location, kind and helpful welcome, excellent food and top entertainment... The walk to get to the beach (about four hundred metres) was a panacea. Excellent cleaning services too.

good morning, I was a guest for the week from 20 to 27 August 2023 with my partner, I want to immediately list the positive notes: it is a large structure with well-kept gardens, a large and beautiful swimming pool. Unfortunately I have to stop here, I'll start by saying that the room they assigned us had a nice large bathroom but the rest was very small, if I wanted to access the other side of the bed I had to move the chair and I had to do this if I wanted to access the outside balcony or I had to open the wardrobe, always being careful not to hit my feet, really small, the light bulbs in the bathroom and the lamp next to the bed were non-existent, we asked them to restore them and luckily they did, (be careful, I'm not saying that they were burnt out and they weren't there at all) in the middle of the week they changed our bed and we found holes in the sheet, I find it very serious, to go to the sea you had to go through a long pine forest which, as pleasant as it is, in the relentless heat is really hard go back and forth, the umbrellas on the beach had two plastic deckchairs which could not be used because they were uncomfortable, the same type was also present in the swimming pool, it was impossible to lie down for more than 5 minutes, in this village between the sea, the swimming pool, the restaurant and hall, approximately 9,200 steps were taken daily, equal to 6 and a half km, madness if you consider that you go there on holiday to relax. The food was really industrial, the pasta was overcooked and couldn't be eaten, grilled meat was better, some foods like watermelon were not enough for all the guests present, if you were lucky to arrive first fine, otherwise nothing, the vending machines that in the morning they had to dispense cappuccinos they leaked water from all sides and often did not dispense the requested product, the very rude dining room staff promptly missed the knives on the tables.... response of the waiters ...ma'am can you take them from a table where there are they are...thus putting the guest who arrived later in difficulty. I conclude by saying that it is truly a structure with great potential but that many things need to be reviewed.

I WAS BETTER AT MY HOME
I stayed at the La praya Futura club village from 20 to 27 August 2023. I'll start by listing the strong points of this structure, namely the size of the village where you can choose whether to stay in the swimming pool, by the sea or in the pine forest rather than playing football, tennis or padel. I was lucky to find a clean and crystalline sea unlike other reviews but I think it all depends on the weather and the wind.
For the rest I would like to make a list expressing my opinion freely:
1. “animal-friendly” structure: you can bring the dog but go on an isolated holiday as if you had Covid! The rules are ok but I think it's good to know before leaving, I've seen people who, after miles of travel, ferries and hours of queues, have been told "the dog must stay in the room", you have an umbrella but you have to stay at the last one back row." I would say that I have seen children pee everywhere, people put their hands on the buffet or always choose fruit with their hands so the dog is the ultimate hygiene problem. I repeat, the rules are ok but it is right that the structure or Futura club or the relevant agency communicates them first so we can organize ourselves differently.
2. excursions: I would say few options and expensive ones
3. restaurant: all buffet style so you have to queue for everything, sometimes you couldn't find jugs for drinks not to mention the fact that you don't have an assigned table, it's all first come! Food of different quality but the appetizers were recycled from the previous day, the pasta became a timbale or lasagna, the meat and fish were mixed with a sauce, we objected to a dish with squid that gave off vinegar and the answer was if if you like it it's good otherwise go! Instead, I would like to compliment the maitre, a sweet and sensitive person who is attentive to the customer.
4. rooms: cleanliness ok but furnishings and size sufficient nothing special, the children's beds are camp beds so I, who slept with my daughter, came home with a backache!
5. entertainment: good guys, especially Antonio the head animator and Trematerra, but baby dance absent for the younger children
6. for everything else a lot of work! The distant sea with a "pleasant walk in the pine forest", but imagine a mother with a stroller, beach bags, fridge bags, children who cry especially when they return when they are tired, people who are perhaps overweight or hypertensive forced by the structure to go to the sea on foot with sun and scorching heat!, you arrive and you have to carry the suitcases up to the room, the car remains in the parking lot and you have to make at least two trips if you have small children... in short, not exactly a relaxing holiday.
I conclude by suggesting that all the staff currently present, especially at the reception, the manager and those at the entrance to the car park, change jobs because they don't know what empathy, customer care and satisfaction, problem solving means. They are people who create a wall with the customer and don't think that those people have worked a whole year to be able to enjoy a week carefree and that if they feel good they can even come back, I definitely won't come back....
