Sheraton is such a lovely resort with an amazing service. We started with the best welcome by the team and until the departure , it was such a lovely moment. We really feel amazing for each and every moment and the resort itself was full of love.Thank you so much for arranging everything smoothly for us Ms.May and arrangement for our picnic booking. It was really memorable for my husband and me. And thank you Rashid for hosting us with the great food with such a lovely creativity and Yusuf from the bar for amazing service :) We really wish Sheraton to be more successful and beyond the victory. Can’t say enough how much my husband and I enjoyed spending one week of our honeymoon at the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort and Spa! We were welcomed by our personal manager Nour (we loved her - very responsive, knowledgeable and professional, yet kind and friendly). She also showed us around the island and was always a text away if we had any problems like electricity loss in our room due to the storms. The other staff were extremely friendly as well, and the service was outstanding. Our room was cleaned twice daily which was very convenient since we would go swimming several times a day and it was nice to come back to freshly cleaned room. The food selection was also good: Thai, Indian, Chinese, Italian sea food, a bar with all sorts of foods, buffet (with different cuisine every night) and a beach bar. We really enjoyed Friday Maldivian Buffett with authentic music and dancing. Breakfasts were also great - buffet with all kinds of cuisine and delicious fresh orange juice 🍊. The water was extremely blue and clear! Lots of coral reefs and colorful fish. We saw black tip shark a couple of times as well as several sting rays from some distance. The beach was never crowded and there was always a spot available for us to sunbathe. We didn’t brink our snorkeling equipment, but the activity center provided us with masks and fins, so that was very convenient. It was not boring at all since there are always things to do between the activity center (diving - Amaan was the best instructor, wakeboarding, water ski, jet ski, pedal boarding, and maaany more), spa, snorkeling, and relaxing at the beach or snorkeling with the gorgeous fish (several locations). The resort is 15 minutes away from the airport. The resort sends you very clear instructions on how to get to the boat that they provide. There is not an independent boat that you can take to the capital city Male, only by an excursion. Also, since we got married less than 6 month prior to our stay we got a present package of a free 1 hour of couple’s massage (we really enjoyed it and I came back for foot massage which took all of my pain from my foot that got by walking a lot the week before), dolphin sunset cruise (recommend), free 30 min photo shoot with 1 free printed photo (the rest you have to purchase your self), 20% of at spa, 15% off of all food (that was very nice of them, since the food was pretty expensive but extremely good - shot out to our favorite waitress with the nickname Siri 🥰) as well as welcome Prosecco bottle and a desert! For families with the kids, there is babysitter and supervised zone for kids. There is also a pool, indoor and outdoor gyms and some play area with huge chess. Another useful facility was the Relax room. Our flight was at 11:40 pm but our late check out at 2 pm. We had 5 hours to spare before we were taken to the airport. The resort provided us to the access to the Relax room where we safely stored our remaining back packs, took shower and had some snacks and coffee. This is going to be a long review because I’m just so passionate about this stay, I just really recommend staying here. I felt like royalty in my entire stay and I would 100% be back and bring all my family. I made memories to last a lifetime, but that was purely down to the way we were treated by the amazing staff. When we got to the airport we didn’t know what to expect. Abdullah greeted us it was a smooth and easy process to hand us over to the speedboat. Already things were off to a right start. The speedboat was great, they gave water and cold towels just what you need after a 10 hour flight. Nour then greeted us as we arrived, she was polite, kind and very helpful. Through out our holiday she was there to help us. She made sure we were looked after. We stayed in two rooms, our favourite was the cottage room with a pool and within seconds from the beach. The rooms are of a really high standard well equipped and very spacious! The feast restaurant was exceptional, the quality and variety of food was some of the best we have had, it’s organised and tidy and the staff are very very professional and so kind. They went above and beyond. A special mention to Ishaq, yash aahil, kanas and Fiyaz the manager, i want to mention how impressed i was to see the way fiyaz leads his team, every night he would work with them clearing tables and assisting guests. Hanee at reception throughout our stay really went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. If you come to this island, I definitely recommend the all-inclusive package it meant we could treat ourselves and also there were no hidden costs. There was so much variety included. We enjoyed the concept of having a three course meal at lunchtime which was sitting down and at dinnertime and breakfast, it was more of a variety. One thing that I didn’t know is that you can see so much of the mainland from one side of the island. However, there is still many scenic points of the island and also I was personally happy to know I was close to mainland the biggest selling point on this island is the professionalism of the staff they take the experience and elevate it to a whole new level. When I tell you, it felt like we was in paradise. It really did . The staff welcome you like a family member and really treat you like that throughout your stay speaking to other guests during our stay. We all agreed on this. Some of the things I recommend the food at chopsticks was really tasty and the portions were generous. I recommend getting the lobster chow mein and the beef and rice dish. These two were exceptional. The staff Here were very accommodating as well. Definitely go to the kakuni hut for lunch one day the views are unmatched. There’s so much to do at that part of the beach and also they have the best sweet potato fries. I have ever eaten in my life. You should also try the tuna ceviche it was exceptional. We spent a lot of time at the Anchorage bar, again the view is amazing, the food, exceptional the service phenomenal, we tried really good food here we ate from here twice. We really enjoyed the pizza, the Caesar salad they had a good variety. Nizzer really looked after us here. Shuwau also very lovely. The views here are breathtaking The swimming pool is very clean. The water is so lovely it is taken care of by really lovely man called shafeeq, he regularly brought us drinks and towels, and looked after as well. It was a nice change to go from the beach to the pool. Some of the points I really liked about the island. The team took us in a buggy for a tour of the island. As we had two three month old babies. This made it easier one of the aspects I really enjoyed was Everything was very close by to each other. We didn’t need to look for it. They have a boutique that sells souvenirs and a few other essentials. You can also take your inflatables there to blow up. For us. The highlight of this holiday was the staff and the high standard of the food. We found the quality of ingredients really really tasty. It was really nice that every member of staff no matter what job they did would come up talk to you and ask you how you are and if everything is okay it was really nice touch. Some of my highlights this holiday. On the last night, the staff decorated our table in the restaurant. It was a really nice gesture and we were really touched, especially because we wasn’t on a honeymoon, or it wasn’t a birthday, so it was nice to feel special just because Saleem, the director of hospitality came and sat with us. We really enjoyed this conversation. He gave us a really nice history of the island spoke to us about things that were going on in the island. We really enjoyed this conversation. It was really interesting to know about some of the nature of different animals that live on the island. He also was very accommodating alongside his team. I did kayaking as this was included in the package. I also did snorkelling and both activities I recommend. On the last day, we went past two men who were picking up coconuts from the trees. They were very kind to show us a demonstration of how they do it. This was very interesting. They were also kind enough to give us a fresh coconut each that had just been picked. This was such a highlight for us! Tamryn from the entertainment team was so kind and polite she would come and sit with us every day. Have a chat. Tell us what was going on. She was really good with Babies as well. What I liked on the island was that there were a lot of activities should you want to do them, Rashid, mostafa, dinendra and moedean all chefs who went above and beyond to look after us and our requests. Moedeen would make us dosa in the morning and then go out his way to pair it with the currys it’s meant to be eaten with, we appreciated this as we had no clue. I want to finish this by saying I would 100%. Recommend this resort if you want to feel special and be pampered and make memories of a lifetime. Lovely stay, it's an oasis. Many activities to select from, including parasailing and snorkeling. The food is delicious. Staff are incredible - hospitality excellent. Desiree, Uttam, Mustafa, Hussain, Sharif at the water sports, (to name a few, I'm sure there are many we are forgetting!) went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a lovely stay. Desiree checked in with us several times over WhatsApp, which was a very nice gesture. The chefs at Masala Hut, Anchorage, and Baan Thai all came out to greet us and ensure our meals were all in order, which was so generous. We really felt welcomed. I only wish we had more time to enjoy all the resort had to offer!

The stay at the resort was great. Amazing hospitality. I came here to spend my anniversary and the team made sure we had a memorable experience. Fiyaz from feast restaurant was a great host and made all efforts to make our stay full of fun. The entire feast team - Eka, ishaq, fanish, kanas, shamhaz, Birendra, yaish and Amal arranged a surprise dinner for me and my family and it was wonderful. First time to Maldives and you are not sure which resort to book - exactly what happened to us. Thankfully we booked this one. From the time we landed at the airport, felt like we were in a different world. The hotel transfer from the airport was easy in a speedboat. It just took 15 min to reach the resort. What a welcome there!! Checkin was really good and happened as we sat down in a couch. Every single staff is trained to smile and greet which felt so nice. The rooms we booked was probably 25 steps to the beach. Great rooms, outstanding shower area. All the restaurants were world class. The Chinese food, chef and the restaurant was the best. We also checked in to a room on the river which was also out of the world. Visited the Sheraton Maldives for my daughter's 3rd birthday and it was a great experience overall. The hospitality provided by the staff were outstanding, especially the staff in Sea Salt and Masala hut. Murugesan, Lakshmi, Moitheen, Aasif, Hasan and Anil were truly outstanding and amazing. Will surely come back to the resort in future and hopefully get to meet them again and experience their wonderful hospitality. The live fish tank experience in Sea Salt is a must for travellers, will surely recommend every to check with Murugesan for a great experience. If you are visiting Masala Hut, Lakshmi is the person. Overall the room maintenance team, laundry, guest service were all exceptional.

This place is definitely a must visit. We visited Maldives with our 3 month old twins and we’re a little worried about how it would go but wow it’s been such a lovely experience and a huge part of that is the staff at this hotel. I can not get over how excellent the customer service is at this resort. They are so thoughtful and go above and beyond to ensure you’re well taken care of and happy. Also The food is incredibly tasty, there’s a different theme each night. We are really enjoying our stay and all that the resort has to offer. From Abdullah at arrivals who ensured we got to the resort safely to all the staff at the feast restaurant, namely: Aahil, ishaq, kanas, yaish, birendra, shamhaz, afzal, thuriqul and of course Tamryn from recreational services!! You guys have great staff who are truly a credit to the Sheraton family. Everything was seamless, from arriving at the airport to the 20 minute speedboat to the island. Everything was amazing. We spent our amazing holidays in Sheraton for 5 nights. Perfect place! Perfect food and service. For service i would like to thank our planning manager, MAY and she was so kind, welcoming and very helpful. She kept us informed of what was going on on the island, booked dinners and ensured we had access to everything available to us with great ease. Each and every staff was very polite and friendly. The property is beautiful, the food is delicious and the service and hospitality is top notch. Of you are looking for a quiet and amazing vacation, we really recommend Sheraton for your holiday in Maldives. Leaving the property with a very heavy heart and Good Bye till we meet again.
