This is the first hotel that ever existed in Puerto Rico. It is a beautiful place that needs to be managed properly. Hot water springs are the main atraction. If I had the money to buy it...It would become a therapeutical paradise.

This is perhaps the oldest hotel location in Puerto Rico. But just the location. The current buildings are from the 70's or 80's. They are a little rundown though I must say our room was very clean. The rooms have a rustic look. Like a being at a wood cabin but painted with pastel colors. Since it's not very busy...

I had always wanted to check out the Coamo hot springs and finally got a chance to do so, deciding to stay here for a night. First off: don't use your credit card over the phone with these guys. I got a second, unauthorized charge on my bank account for more than a night's stay and the personnel there never...

Went there for a day to use the pools. Front staff was not friendly. To use the pools a towel was provided before; now $12 only gets you entrance to pools but you need to find your own way to dry yourself. Guest rooms have broken A/Cs and mildew rooms per guests that were at the pool. This used to...

Its so sad when you remember a place as a child to be something and when you go back its a complete different thing. Let me start by saying that its under construction..nevermind its been the hotel.excuse for the past 10 years!! Its old, smelly, depressing, dirty. The main attraction which is the thermal pool was extremely dirty the lawn...

All I can say is, do not come here for a great family outing. We came to enjoy a hot spring but instead got a place that was packed to the brim with grown adults in the baby pool, remind me a lot of spring break in cancun with lots of wasted adults. My husband and I came with our...

Lots of sign suggesting that theyre under construction and under new management, the property has lots of potential since its sitting in a gorgeous piece of property..but no effort has been made..employees looks depressed..dirty..a weird felling of abandonment and yet some sort of tranquility.

Our experience started bad, and then when we expressed our disappointment, one of the workers quickly attempted to fix everything and the effort this young man put in was amazing. Rooms are a bit outdated, no phone, no mini fridge, no wifi, but I didn't miss any of those except for the mini fridge, that should be standard. The pools...

Clean and well kept, but the great highlight was the bartender, Amarilis. She made the trip great! Her good attitude and professionalism made the bar a great place to hang out and have fun. She made very good mojitos and special drinks for the kids.

“Rooms are very basic, all rooms the same I think. People don't go there for luxury rooms. Centuries old thermal bath on site. Lovely century old dining room on site and also an outdoor bar/cantina but these may or may not be open. Bakery and golf course up the road. In a pretty, hilly area. I think it's pet friendly, last time we were there I think there was a couple with a dog, but confirm before going there. Very off the beaten path. I selected April 2013 because that was the earliest available date but I think the last time we were there was 2012.”
