We spent 3 nights at Angelus in January 2012. It is a beautiful, historic house at the end of a drive in a very quiet part of La Cumbre yet only a few minutes walk from the town centre - we walked easily from the bus station which is at the far end of the centre with backpacks. We stayed... More

We stayed at Angelus in December 2011. Highly recommended for La Cumbre. The location is perfect, a short 5 minute walk to the town center, but set away from the road making it very quiet and peaceful. The building and rooms were beautiful. We stayed in the Tower Room, with an excellent view. The staff was very considerate and helpful.... More

This is a wonderful 5 bedroom B&B, in one of the most beautiful areas of Cordoba. Specially recommended for golfers since the course is only 5 minutes away. Another course requires about one hour of very scenic driving.

I recently spent a couple of nights at Angelus and can honestly say I enjoyed it as much as anywhere I have ever stayed. The house itself is an eclectic melange of colonial, traditional and modern but achieves a lovely balance and has a very relaxing feel. Large airy bedrooms, very comfortable beds and beautifully appointed bathrooms all add to... More

Josefina has spent a long tome restoring this lovely home and it contains lovely artifacts and beautiful parquetry wooden floors. Although it's only a five minute walk into town, it's totally peaceful with views to die for. You are made to feel like visiting friends and nothing is too much to ask. On chilly nights there's a roaring wood fire... More

Angelus is THE place to be in La Cumbre. It is located downtown, walking distance from every nice restaurant town but it feels as if you were far away into the country. It´s silent, has a huge garden and an extraordinary swimming pool. The house is BEAUTIFUL, with raving views and beautiful terraces to just hang out there and watch... More

If what you want is a beautiful, quiet, small hotel, very nicely decorated, this is it. The overall atmosphere is warm and cozy. We travelled from Buenos Aires, spend a long week end there and feel like at home
