Beautiful example of post-colonial architecture. Nice hotel with clean rooms, good food and scenic views over Cachi town. Located up on the hill above the town - approximately 15 minutes walk to the main square. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast there and the food was excellent every time. The small negative points are weak Wi-Fi service and limited English... More

what an unexpected gem. no it doesnt have the most character inside as it is modern but the outside makes up for it with great views of the valley, a pool and odd llama structure. rooms were functional but comfortable and quiet. they could improve on offering information to tourists at the reception on arrival as the receptionist was polite... Beautiful grounds- you could stay here and relax for a couple of days easily, making this your base. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Water was hot, room was spacious and clean. Outdoor swimming pool. Outdoor BBQ's. Wi-Fi was very weak in the room- don't know about the main bldg. I suspect this just the way it is. Breakfast was... More

The landscaped garden and the views of the surrounding valley are awesome. The style of the hotel -- white colonial -- is in sync with Cachi. The rooms are sober and impeccably clean. To me Cachi and the style of this hotel were magic. If I ever feel stressed out, fed up, this is the place where I will definitely... More

This hotel is recommended by the Rough Guide as second best in Cachi and one of the main reasons for us to choose this hotel was the swimming pool with view over the mountains. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under construction and wasn't open yet for the summer season. What a disappointment! The room is very basic and boring, with... More

I arrived in Cachi with no booking and this was the first place I asked for a room. The manager welcomed me with a warm smile and gave me a good deal for my one night stay. There is nothing bad I can say about this place: Super clean rooms, lovely bathroom with fluffy towels, amazing view overlooking cachi, great... More

We were booked into this hotel by our Salta-based guide, who accompanied us. Based on previous reviews on Tripadvisor we got pretty much what we expected. We were given a room with a view of the carpark from our window - our guide, who is well known at this place, got an upstairs room at the back with a better... More

Staying a night at the ACA Hosteria was a welcome respite after a string of nights camping in dusty desert campsites. As we drove into Cachi a storm of heavy rain, thunder and lightening was there to welcome us to the village. After checking out the campsite we decided to have a well-deserved night inside. Perched at the top of... More

This was a comfortable, clean and pleasant hotel in Cachi-the location being the top draw! Located on a hill above the town, and a short walk to the center, the hotel offers a very relaxing spot to land after a day of travel from Salta. The room and bathroom was standard but clean with a comfortable bed-no complaints. We had... More

After a day long through the dusty canyons of this part of Northern Argentina I was happy to enter this white hotel with a lovely patio above the small town of Cachi. The reception mixed up the rooms .We had to change and walk up an down the stairs - no lift-until everyone got a bed .It was rather clean... More
