We originally planned to spend 2 nights here but loved the area so much we're extending our stay ax few days. The room here is perfect. It's clean, air conditioned and right on the street across from the beach. We're in a room on the back, but the larger rooms have nice kitchens. Prices are quite reasonable.

Playa Linda is conveniently located by the Malicon and close to the all tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We sorted our questions in fairly good Spanglish (they are actually stronger in English than I am in Spanish). Our room was clean and serviceable. It was great for a couple of nights.

The location of his hotel couldn't be better. The rooms were basic clean and nice. Upgrade to a room with a balcony for a great view of the beach! When a cruise ship is in port the whole beach front is insanely busy but his dies down as soon as the ship departs. Check in and out is easy. Solid...

I would not recommend or return to this hotel. The front desk person does not speak English so trying to communicate was difficult. There was no help getting baggage up to the room (second floor no elevator). The internet was not functioning, there were ants in the unit. There was no blanket and there were not enough towels. The noise...

I stayed here for 2 nights while I was in Progreso. It's affordable, clean, and in a great location. I was there on a Saturday night and even though it was a packed house the noise level was never ridiculous. You can hear peoples flip flops going up the stairs but there was no loud music or partying, I slept...

Perfect location! Rooms were clean and maid service was great! Standard rooms do not have a balcony, only a window facing inside hallway of hotel. Upgrade to get a view. We chose a junior suite and it had a perfect view!

The pictures on the website are an accurate depiction of the rooms, though they are slightly dated. I was in the junior suite and the sofa was not especially comfortable, the shower head fell off each time I turned on the water, the toilet paper holder was not securely attached to the wall, and there is no hot water in...

We stayed a week with this hotel and found it to be almost perfect for our travel needs. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and any issues we had were addressed immediately (the windows looking out at the ocean needed cleaning and the toilet flushing mechanism stopped working one day). The maid service was very thorough, the front desk...

This is a cute 3 story hotel on the beach in Progreso. It's next to all the restaurants and the nicest part of the beach. The rooms are nice, but the standard room is small. The rooms stay cool, which is nice. There is a TV and the bathroom is a decent size. The staff is all very nice and...

Arriving in town with no reservations, we looked at about a half dozen hotels and chose this one. It is a good blend of features and value and very close to the beach. The people at the front desk are very friendly and they even offer laundry service. Wifi works well, clean rooms, cable TV and I can hear the...
