A stunning complex, French/Morrocan operated, set not far from the famous Plage Blanc. A fabulous choice of accommodation to suit, from camping to fairytale Kasbah. All beautifully and appropriately furnished. The central complex, with swimming pool is a delight. Fantastic home cooking. The owners are delightful, helpful and imaginative. Only problem is the 9km rough track which may not suit... More

From Mirleft we followed the road R104 along the coast till we crossed the near Foum Assaka. After the bridge we took the first road at our left hand, which means ' mountain climbing by car'. We could do that because we drive a Land Cruiser. Here starts an amazing road that will bring you to Fort Bou Jerif. After... More

One of best organised camps in with auberge facilities at South/west Maroc. One of the best ever in whole Maroc probably. Tidy place, seriously good breakfast (their bubble pancakes are fantastic) and superb location when you head to TanTan over plage blanche.

We have been there with friends on our motorcycles. The access was very hard but that was the aim and part of the game The place is nice and peaceful. Completely disconnected from the civilization. The tender is an old unfriendly guy but his wifeand the staff are very nice. Good Food

Negatives: -Bad accesss. First 20 km by normal road(20 min.) after 10 km(40 min.) a stony pista. -Very noisy room. They have a power generator working all day (to 11 pm) and placed in the laundry room next to the hotel room. You fell like living in a washing machine, you can not rest or sleep. -Outside is continuous noise... More

If you are travelling in the region of Guelmim, TanTan & TanTan Le Plage, a great place to stay is Fort Bou-Jerif. Five kilometres off-road this hotel & camping site is situated close to the old ruins of the Fort. There is a large camping area where you can either pitch your own tent or there are permanent tents available... More

The petite hotel is wonderful. The location amazing. The food was excellent. We stayed for two nights and this was a wonderful starting point for our adventure along the coast and into the desert. some of our group stayed in the Hotel, others camped. All had a super time.

Read and seen a lot about this place over the yrs, finally made it and really liked it. Not too touristy, great camping, excellent food though a little expensive, but in great surroundings. You still, ideally, need a 4x4 to get here because it's 9kms from tarmac, but nothing damaging or hard so a car could do slowly. Also a... More

Firstly, be warned... If you travel here with a particular Travel Agent, they fail to tell you that on Day 1 of the overnight, you drive 400kms from Agadir, spending approx 9.5hrs in a cramped 4x4 with NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! Having paid €155 for this overnight excursion, it was on my "To Do" list for a very long time. But,... More

We stayed on the 'Campsite' that was more like a Carpark with 240V outlet sockets in the lights. There was no hot water for the showers, the electricity was turned off in the afternoon with no warning, and no toilet paper supplied in the WC's which for the price was very poor service! While it was good to be able... More
