The hosts could not have been more helpful, the rooms a twin and single were both spotlessly clean very spacious with the single having a larger than single bed, which was ideal for a large guy 👍, the bathrooms were a good size with large hot showers, the beds were very very comfy and all had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was very good, all well cooked and presented with as much toast and coffee you can manage. This has to be the nicest, most hospitable, comfortable guesthouse we have ever stayed in and would not hesitate to return. Nothing short of value for money - Superb 👌👍 The Poker Lads

5* bed - but, surprisingly, only 1* for the breakfast; ( hence the 3* above ). The cereal selection was the most unimaginative we've ever encountered in any B&B anywhere; 'Frosties' or bog-standard Corn Flakes appeared to be all that was on offer. The "Full English" was disappointingly basic & greasy with an unpalatable tasting fat employed in the fry-up. And the toast & marmalade hardly deserves a mention; just plain boring. If only some B&B owners could be persuaded to spend just 1 or 2 pounds more on the ingredients and put a bit more effort into the second 'B' - well they'd do themselves a big favour & leave their guests with happier memories.

Me and my fiancee stayed here for three nights while down for my brothers wedding. Chris and phil were welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were spacious and fresh. Breakfast was cooked to perfection. Close to shops and centers and a small walk to a pub or two . On a personal note i would like to thank chris and phil for all the help with shirts and taking photos for us. I hope you liked your flowers. We will be back again soon.

Stayed for one night whilst visiting family to be. After booking on line, I received an email from the owners asking what time I thought I would be arriving so they could be there to greet me, first time ever!, I let them know and they were good to their word, what a lovely, pleasant couple! I was shown to my room, a separate smaller building to the main, it was very clean, bright and well maintained and a nice view of the garden and outside seating area, there was also plenty of off road parking. The breakfast is very good, well cooked and more than enough for all appetites. I intend staying again later in the year and am looking forward to it.
